Whine and Moan Just lost 11k of winnings at 32red due to "pending withdrawals"

Do my eyes deceive me, or am I reading a seven page thread because someone played their winnings back? This was not due to some roguish deception - or unethical bonus lures - it was because the player lacked the self discipline to walk away. No sympathies here.

I agree with KK, if you would have received this in your webwallet account (or wherever) you would have redeposited. So why are you blaming the casino for your loss?

Here's what I do: if I win big, I make a withdrawal of most of it, and leave a small percentage of it to play back - just for shits and giggles. When that is gone, I exit the casino and find something else to do. There is no one to blame here but yourself - don't play the victim card here.

Bullshit. They made the shortlist from input by the forum members (other than you), newsletter responses, and by the regular emails I get from people. There are a handful of disgruntled players who constantly berate 32Red because they no longer flush and have no weekend payment processing - you're one of them and I have made it clear to you personally that agenda laden posts will not be tolerated. Keep it up and see what happens.

It's already been explained why 32Red did this. It's here somewhere but I'm not going to spend my Saturday digging this up.

If you don't like 32Red, then don't play there.

With all due respect Bryan you can't prove a negative. It's conjecture at best. I have agreed (and still do) that the OP was weak, and as I said should therefore choose non-reversible sites. It's conjecture because we don't know the history of the OP. If they had a known history of problem gambling, yes I'd agree with you and KK. But this just might have been their first monster win, which put their emotions into unknown territory and screwed up their normal mode of thought.

I happily play at 32red and like many on here wait out the reverse period OK, all the time.

It still remains the truth that if 32red (and any other site) put the loaded gun in their players' hands, a significant number of them will shoot themselves with it. Like I said, it's for the benefit of the casino and absolutely, completely and utterly not for their players.

Very well said.

Lol

I think they a lesson for the person to learn with this .To be honest its awful to loss such amounts self control self control is the answer . Get your self off the laptop take your self out for a walk for a few days in till the withdraw hits the bank .Run the battery down so you cant play on it lol get a safe and lock it up or stop gambling altogether (I think that's needed ) .I cant see the point of this thread you lost it .Why moan and blame the casino .Another thread which is pointless and just looking for sympathy from the CM .Hopefully some one will win some of your lost win and withdraw it and not put back into a casino .

Folk in thread time

Its funny how alot of banking systems work, I have had a few pending withdraws on sites and the cheeky beggers have took 1 withdraw out and left others in?

I used to play a hell of alot on bingocams as they got MG platform on there and I rarly see an error on them, Well every day withdraws was took out around 5;30pm, If I had a few pending withdraws by this time and I member once I quickly made another withdraw around that time, I looked around 2 mins later all withdraws was took out including the one I had sneaked in :) Even better they rolled all withdraws into one,

Now this is how it should be, Unfortunately I did stop depositing there as was no loyalty for the casino side of things.

If that is the case and a partial reversal re-starts the 24hr pending period then this is predatory behavior of the casino, which usually only happens at rogue outfits and should be reported to the LGA or UKGC.

I had similar things happening. One day i had 3 withdrawals pending totaling over 4K, lots of reversals and re-withdrawing in between and suddenly i received 100$ with the afternoon payment run into my Neteller account... why did they transfer only 100$ (that was actually my initial deposit on the day i made the first withdrawal)? Couldn't get an explanation. :(

Once i made the withdrawal just minutes after the deadline for it to be processed the next day. Sent an email to payments if they could still process it. Got a big NO, like what was i thinking, 24hr is the minimum. :( Yet their T&C's state usually about 24 hrs  For me 23hrs 48mins is about 24hrs or am I wrong?

Yet 32RED is again nominated for the Casino Of The Year Award!!!!! How can that be? They cut some many player friendly features in the past 12 months that they certainly don't deserve it at all. And this slice-by-slice tactics they apply is just to cover it all up. :(

It's not a 'sympathy' thread but an old subject that rears it's ugly head quite regularly. It's not a 32red-bashfest either, as plenty of other accredited sites have 24hr+ pending periods.

It's the principle of it.

I take the point that all has been said that should be regarding this matter, and my final word?

Well, we always see in casino T&C's 'all deposits are final' or words to that effect.

Roll on the day the UKGC, Malta, Kannahwake, Gibraltar. Alderney and the IOM insist on their approved and regulated casinos having a nice simple player-friendly term:

"All withdrawals are final."

Lol

Why moan and blame the casino .Another thread which is pointless and just looking for sympathy from the CM .

This is pretty rude and inaccurate.

It would also seem the only person confused is yourself, as you have been following this so called 'pointless thread', and also thanked numerous posts that have made valid points.

So what is it? Pointless thread, or thread with valid points? Despite your most recent theory, which coincidentally came after Bryan's thoughts, it would seem your previous actions point to the later. :)

I have double the amount of what I won in available credits in my cc and in my bank but I won't deposit. I deposited $80 to take the 50% bonus as I was bored. I have no temptations to deposit until I feel bored again and see another dotd bonus. How many times do I have to say that I blame myself for my mistake? I surrendered. I turned a $77 in to 13k and thought I just cant lose. The bets kept going higher and higher...at one point up to $9 per spin.
I have won the past massive amounts. $45k at Ladbrokes and $17k jackpot from 32red. They were in my account 1-2 days later.

Would I come here and vent about 11k loss had I deposited that much? NEVER.

Lol

Does this mean that you don't include criticizing or negative input into the consideration when making the ranking?

I and others only stated factual information which in my view reduces the ranking of any casino. I would highlight the same shortcomings at any casino i am a regular player at, no matter what the name or size is. There is nothing agenda laden in my posts other then facts.

It would be nice if reversing a portion of your withdrawal would not "reset" the clock.

I agree 32red should get at least a slight downgrade in their score. Don't get me wrong I have nothing but praise for 32red but it does make sense to factor players feedback. Maybe I'm saying that especially now in the light of the EnergyCasino thread where people post how they went downstairs to grab a beer, only to come back and see their withdrawal already processed ;p

Edit: P.S I don't think thread title is appropriate. In my eyes player lost 4K "due to reverse withdrawals" not 11k ...all the extra winnings OP accumulated were a direct result of her reverse withdrawals which she did not plan to do in the first place. You don't have a fortune teller when playing slots. She could've experienced a downswing right from the start, when she had 8k or hypothetically with a 20k balance. Doesn't matter. "Sin" was commited at 4k mark, and this is the amount OP was hoping to get but failed to :(

OP said that eventually he cashed out 2k. So I would say that if he wants to put it that way, he should say that he lost 2k, since at the time of first withdrawal he withdrew 4k, and after all the reversals and initial winnings and later losses, he withdrew 2k, which has already been apparently processed, and he can't reverse that anymore.

The rankings are unbiased in that they all follow the same scale and criteria, i.e. points for a good LGA like the UKGC or Kannahwake, for responsible gaming, software, cash-outs, handling of complaints etc. There is a link in which Bryan explains the scoring if you go to the scores page. 32red HAVE lost points if you know the history of the 9+ casinos here. That they were so far ahead to start with is why despite even recent changes they are still at 9+.

As for annual awards, all CAG members get to vote on some awards. Their vote is not influenced, there is no horse-trading behind the scenes. They may or may not qualify to other CM CAGs why they voted the way they did. They make up their own minds, and doubtless take into account the facts that become known during the year plus the opinions of the members on the forum, and may form a general consensus in their mind based on that.
How other CAGs vote is only known to CM admin and not to each other, unless they choose to share it later. Nobody PM's you to encourage your choice, it's all private.

So yes, 32red have lost out on their score. And maybe this will result in them losing an award this year, who knows? Wait and see the results due in the not-too distant future.

Okay - I changed the title back - you guys never give me a break - not even on a Saturday. :D

@ Dunover - I know you can't prove a negative - that was only my opinion at the mo'.

Please continue. :p

Thanks for the explanation, really appreciate it. I have not seen a reduction though for 32RED for implementing pending periods and stopping manual flushing. I might be wrong there as i have not observed the ranking value when i joined this forum, which was around the time they introduced the latest changes.

Point taken. It seems that since you said that, and I replied, the OP has added to the thread something that may compound your opinion anyway. In fact I'm tired of this now anyway. Just summarize the whole thing by saying reverse periods are undoubtedly unpopular.
I need a pint.

Now, on a side note. I am not a regular poster, i read a lot of posts and have been for a while but im not sure who's who in terms of moderators of this forum etc... So please explain this to me like Im a 5 year old. It seems to me that everytime I post something nice and positive aboit 32red no one has an issue with it except a handfull of members here. But as soon as I vent about 32red, either you or Kasinoking call me on it. If this forum is biased I want to know about it because I don't want to be a member of it. Again, i didnt start this thread to blame anyone but myself. I was feeling hurt and needed to vent.
The fact that it was at 32Red has nothing to do with it - that's by the by. I would have posted the exact same opinion about any casino, from the very best to the worst rogue. And I'm pretty sure the same applies to CM himself.
OK, maybe my opinion was wrong - even I make mistakes sometimes!

I don't know why it is, but threads about certain casinos always seem to explode into a massive discussion, often about not a lot at the end of the day.
32Red are one of those "victims", as are 3Dice, the Virtual Group and a few others.

Re the 4 moderators: CasinoMeister is obviously the Big Boss and owner of the forum. Maxd is the "PAB guy" and the next most active moderator.
Simmo and Webzcas tend to lurk more than act - but they are there keeping watch when the other two aren't about
I'm just a normal member: Online casino player since 2001, webmaster since 2005 and member of this forum since 2004. In that time I have built up to the top tier of membership here (like many others), but I'm not a moderator.

Lol ok what ever:D I was thanking the post as they are helpful in points . Who I thanks and who not got nothing to do with you either . Byans's ? not sure what you are getting at to be honest .Thanks

What the point of it then to moan about 32 red pending time ,What did you do with the 45k put it back on ?

Ok mate, but you still seem to be confused. ;)

Thanking 'helpful points' in a 'pointless thread' is contradicting yourself.

And I couldn't care less who you thank, but when you start behaving in a contradictory manner within the one thread, it does become relevant to the discussion we're trying to have, hence it does have a little to do with me as I am part of the discussion.

I'm not sure what you are getting at either to be honest, but I guess that is the defining nature of a contradiction. :)

Thanks. :D

If you look at the first post I wrote I said yes he must feel gutted about losing such a massive amount of money in which it is . The point I was getting at and as many of these threads go and get out of hand . I don't think I was to be honest as you put it "contradictory manner " . So he lost a good win .That goes hand in hand if you get greedy and want more win's And reverse your win its a gamble of course and I cant see any points this thread has raised apart from moaning on and on about the pending new 24 hours waiting period to wait for cash . As some one else put it , You all know the 24 hours pending in place so if you don't like it play somewhere else .

Until December 19th, 2014 32Red was ranked first with score of 9.4.

Now they are ranked on shared 5th place with 3 other casinos with score of 9.1

Ok mate.

She wasn't moaning on and on about the 24hr pending period either. She clearly stated she was at fault, but she also wasn't aware that the pending period restarts each time she made a reverse withdrawal, hence the temptation was that much greater for her, as the withdrawals were pending for up to 6 days, which even for pending periods is a concerning amount of time.

The OP also hasn't gone 'on and on' about it as you say, more so we the other members here have prolonged the discussion. The only other times I can see that the OP has had to mention her story again regarding the pending issue, is to clarify her story to those members who have responded in a negative manner. Like yourself.

Had this thread not been started, I for one wouldn't have had any idea about the pending periods restarting after reverse withdrawals, so I, along with many others by the looks of things, would regard this thread as quite informative, and far from pointless. This thread has served the purpose of why this forum serves to exist in the first place. To educate and help all members. ;)

Sorry if you don't see it that way, but instead of adding to any negativity by trying to make the OP feel worse than they already probably do, maybe try to look at the positives that can come from this tale, or simply don't say anything that isn't constructive to the discussion. :)

Thanks, lol.

(Sorry I thought the op was a bloke lol ) Yes she said she was at fault and I agree this forum is good for people expressing their views .I was not being negative at all . I was just saying why reverse in the first place and baby people when they lose . I not experiences the clock resetting from reverses but then again I don't make any at all if I'm lucky to win something and be happy with it . Well a lesson learned

I just spoke to 32 red and this is what they told me

: Once you have requested a withdrawal, it will show as pending until processed, usually around 24hrs after the request during UK banking hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Withdrawal requests outside of UK banking hours will show as pending until the next banking day.
Me: ok

You only need to wait the 24 hours if you reverse it won't effect the time of the withdrawal
Me: ok great you mind if I copy that

So I think you are wrong with saying the clock resets

Welcome to the discussion! :p

Well it would seem there's some discrepancies between what CS told you, and what others have stated in this thread regarding the effects reversals have on pending times.

Your information only now heightens the curiosity as to why the OP's pending period went on for 6 days. Did I miss that explanation earlier in the thread?

Hopefully this now convinces you that this thread isn't just about the OP's story, or pointless, but is serving a purpose to understand and clarify the certain inner workings of these dreaded pending periods. Yes it is easy to say 'if you don't like them play elsewhere', but if someone likes the casino for all it's other pros, and can use will power to overcome any temptation to reverse, then at the very least we can clarify any misinformation that may be coming through from member's own experiences. :D

And just for the record, I can't be wrong, because I never stated the clock resets, I was merely repeating the information given in this thread by the OP.

Thanks.

The information's I was given is correct from 32 red and I have never experienced such long wait for a withdraw from them ever seen I played there. They have always paid within the time frame and always on time they said .There are reps on here Mark and Jon players support manger and I'm sure they can tell her the reason if it was 6 days pending period .Maybe it would be best for her to do that before posting what it may not be correct .

Have a nice weekend

If the pending withdrawal is for may thousands it'd be more effective to unscrew your hard drive from your laptop, smash the laptop up and buy the same model when you've been paid. And take the SIM from your phone and do the same if necessary.

Sounds facetious? Well, I can think of at least one person here that will still be wishing they'd done just that and would have been 13k minus a few hundred quid better-off.

The rage the OP must be feeling, not just at their own weakness but at the casino in question, which they will perceive (rightly or wrongly) as 'laughing up their sleeve' at them.

P.S. Actually, a better idea (if in working hours) unscrew the hard drive, go to the Post Office and send it back to yourself second-class post. Removes the act of wrecking a good laptop, should've thought of that first..

To be honest, I've entertained seriously this idea in the past, lol - exactly as you say, if you somehow disable your laptop permanently, you're out only a couple hundred. Play back your winnings, and you're out a fair multiple of that. Which sounds better.
