Whine and Moan Just lost 11k of winnings at 32red due to "pending withdrawals"

Another question , Should players be allowed to voluntary opt in or opt out of reversals . This would not mean you would get paid any faster or slower .
If a withdrawal is pending for 2 days then processing for 2 days before it reaches you , even if you opt out of reversing it would still be 4 days so no advantage is gained or lost ?

They can suggest that it is better for us players but seeing as though it is our money and we are adults surely we can suggest that we actually dont
think its better and can do without it or with it depending on the individual ,

personally i think this goes against the responsible gambling act , As people are obviously using the feature in quite a destructive manner .

Another very interesting point i personally believe , If you can set a daily or weekly deposit limit based on responsible gaming , Does this apply to reversals , It is YOUR money and essentially you are re-depositing to the casino , Do the same limits apply to this ? Could and should you then be able to set a reversal limit ???

Just an interesting thought / question

Could we have a little tally of you guys that don't ever reverse payment speeds against the guys that do tend to reveres a lot payment speeds ?

It wouldn't surprise me if payment speeds are personalised to individual accounts

We all know the reversal procedure is there as a last chance saloon to get back any casino losses , So my point is if your a player with no history of reversing would your payout time be quicker than someone who is partial to reversing therefor the casino knowing that with this customer they have a chance of clawing more back with time .

I only say this as reading through this thread there seems to be mixed opinions of the same casino , Some saying next day , Others waiting 4 days and it seems the one's waiting longer are the ones that are losing their money through reversing .

Had pretty much all versions happening within 2 weeks after Christmas:

- Withdrawal made, partially reversed, re-withdrawn - all paid correctly according to schedule after 24hrs pending
- Withdrawal made, partially reversed, re-withdrawn - only 100$ paid out of 2250$, the rest left pending for another day although all withdrawals were made the previous day in time to be paid the next day
- Multiple withdrawals, multiple reversals, multiple re-withdrawals - total was over 4K, 2750$ paid correctly after 24hrs, reminder left pending although again they were all made the previous day before the deadline.

That is why is was hoping for a clear statement on how partial reversals and re-withdrawals are handled but as of today i/we are not any wiser. Hence, i can't really say if they have an individual setting for each player.

NO, reversals do not count as deposits and hence do not affect your deposit limit!!!! Reversal limit cannot be set.

I understand that reversal limits cannot be set but is there any real valuable reason for that ?

As with most of my points , Rules are rules , But for what reason ,If its just to take advantage or confuse someone then its very important to question them and push for a change not just accept it as its a so called RULE

There should be no real reason why a player cannot opt out of the reversal period or set a limit , Both of these things would be simple to set up similar to the daily/weekly deposit limit ,

Making reversal options mandatory is unethical i think , And is just there to prey on problem gamblers

Pending periods and reversal options are purely to increase the profit margin, nothing else.....

Basically, use every means possible to keep the money at the casino and avoid to pay it out.....some would call it "greed" ... for me both are bordering to rogue (as i said in a previous post) .... i as player give them my deposit instantly and if i make it to a withdrawal means i won it fair& square and it is my choice when i request a withdrawal.....technology and software is available to process withdrawals instantly without any human workload involved.... hence, making me wait for 24-96 hours has no other reason than trying to have me play it back.

Like you said harry it should be instant withdraw into person bank account .Wantng time for that is vile really I belive its just so people reverse and lose their money .The only greed is the casino brands

I doubt 32red care about this thread. They have made the choices that work for them and I don't see them changing from this. With another accolade under there belt which they will use to further promote the casino many new players will see that and wont really know that they are other casinos that pay within hours and have little or no pending time. For those that do and for those that it is a problem (like me) simply use one of the many other casinos available now with super fast cash outs zero reverse times and such like. 32red are imo just another very average MG casino these days that payup albeit one of the slowest paying now. And in fact are way behind on the current times of so many casinos now offering multi platform games. Which give the player so much more choice and a much better experience. Guts redbet Betat to name a few are miles ahead in regards to payout times and the product they offer.

I don't think it could be said any better than this.

I was actually very surprised to see 32red in the winners list for the 2014 awards. I can appreciate they have a long history of being great, but if the awards are focusing on 2014, I'm very confused as to how they could even be nominated in a year that saw them take all the backwards steps they did.

Doesn't bother me, as I decided to never deposit more than $5-$20 there every few months, due to all I've read on here since last year.

Yes they may be a good casino who pays, but now we have numerous great casinos that pay very quickly.

I'm done with this thread.

Good luck all.

I actually started looking at the log today. Imported it in to an excel spreadsheet using pivot tables to understand the data better. It will take me a while to figure it out but will keep you posted.
There's dates and times of withdrawals column, reversals, cash balance and another time stamp. There's like million rows so bear with me.

Hi mina, just checking if you were able to find anything in the logs?
