Greetings,

This is another authentic Joyland Casino stealing winnings deliberately! I deposited $300 for the 300 dep/400 bonus promotion on Joyland's site. Before I deposited, I read the terms and conditions posted on Joyland Website. Here is screenshot.
 
It says Roulette doesn't fulfill wager requirement if I take promotion but DIDN'T say if I am ALLOWED to play roulette at all on this promotion. I then asked support live chat if I am allowed to play roulette if I take promo, as long as I fulfill wager requirment with allowed game, they said YES! Here is screenshot proof.
 
So I played both roulette and blackjack and cashed out after meeting wager requirement. (IMPORTANT! I DIDN'T REDEEM ANY COMPS) Then a week after they ask me for ID, I receive this following email:

We have returned your initial deposit back to your Neteller account. Your winnings in your account were cut as you made all of your winnings playing roulette which is a non allowed game and you played while having bonus money in your account.

As you can see, I was clearly told that I am allowed to play roulette, so I deserve my winnings. I know Joyland is having problems with their comp system and have angered players but I didn't touch comps! I don't want to add any more bad reputation to Joyland casino but in this case, Joyland is clearly wrong

After they stole my $600 winnings, I try to email them to resolve privately. I get this:

, and doesn't count as a wager, and as per terms and conditions, the deposit was refunded and winnings were voided

I attach screenshot of terms and conditions again. Circled in red is part that says roulette doesn't count for wager requirement, but NOT say it isn't allowed. Circled in Green is part that says blackjack IS ALLOWED for usd and euro, and I deposited in USD!! They clearly lie and don't pay out legit players!
 
The plan obvious is to keep my deposit if I lose, and just return my deposit only if I get lucky and win. Win Win for Joyland. It's easy to see becuz they lie on EVERY CHAT AND EMAIL! I plan to complain to Playtech and Wizard of odds, I suggest everyone else who got screwed do same.

Joyland really are a pile of s*** arnt they. Hope you somehow get your money awise, I feel you have slightly more chance than the "comp" players do.

Mellow out on the namecalling please. We all know what s*** means.

I have a lot of catching up to do reading the threads and emails that are dealing with Joyland.

Side note: awise, it's beyond me why you chose to make a deposit at a casino where there seems to be a problematic situation. You are exasperating the screwiness of this and complicating any resolution process.
 
RESOLVED

My issue resolved. After I post here and also tell USA and Monaco Gold to cancel VIP account they pay me.

Why I play their becuz I got linked their by popup from another Playtech.
