Hi There - the WHG support will only lock or ban and account if there were terms that were breached - do you have an example I can look into for you? if this has been done erroneously, I would love to resolve this for you?

I never broke any terms. I was paid winnings and the following day received an email saying I was banned from all further promotions and sign ups across the group. It happens at all WHG casinos quite regularly,I have heard. I was a member of quite a few WHG casinos for a number of years and had no problems until I won at Johnny Jackpot,after a few losses beforehand. I even signed up to Johnny Jackpot and one or two other WHG casinos through streamers as I thought it would indicate good faith on my part. How wrong I was.
 
I am bonus banned AGAIN. They banned me again, this time on diamond7casino after a win of 300 euro... My first ever win on diamond7casino which is less than my total amount of deposits and I get banned, lmao. What kind of joke is this? Some managers within whitehatgaming group need some serious spanking on being such retards (excuse my language).

This whitehatgaming group is becoming a joke. No more bonuses while I lose the majority of my deposits. Seriously just don't offer bonuses if you ban people from bonus promotions after they win.

First time whitehatgaming apologized to me for banning me and even gave me 50 euro real cash balance. Now they do the same thing again lmao. Shame on you jonnyjackpot I deposited every single week with you guys, with or without bonuses. I made my last deposit today with jonnyjackpot or any other casino within the whitehatgaming group. They started to become one of my favourites because I didn't hear anything anymore about bonus abuse after the first time they unblocked me, untill recently...

What a joke these are. Made a deposit using Skrill last night. Went to withdraw, only option bank transfer. Apparently they don't allow withdrawals by Skrill any more. Well thanks for telling me that before I deposited seeing as it's the only method I can use.

I have revolut and Monzo bank accounts. Revolut don't accept incoming bank transfers from gambling companies. Monzo don't have an IBAN.

So I constructed an IBAN for Monzo, which fail around 50% of the time, but wanted to start the withdraw, only after submitting it to find out they only process bank transfers on Tuesdays, so I have to wait a week, then 2-3 days for it to possibly fail, then have no way of withdrawing. That will take me till after Christmas.

Neither @David G or @WhiteHatGaming have been in for weeks.

Any chance of giving them a nudge please @LadyJelena @Casinomeister
