New Casino Rep Jonny Jackpot Casino

Looks like you guys took my advise and finally joined casinomeister. First white hat gaming rep here I think. After a dispute with Jonnyjackpot they eventually returned my winnings which was much appreciated. Got several big deposit bonuses but lost them all unfortunately. It's a great casino.
 
Played there about 8 times the past 2 months. All positive so far, had a quick withdrawal over the weekend approved. Have withdrawn over 2k but not been asked to verify. Good selection of games, good bonuses. Only one small thing..... The emails with a 10% bonus and the strap line.... You've asked for it and we've delivered who has ever asked for a 10% bonus
 
I get these too but you don't have to take them. The thing is that Jonnyjackpot doesn't communicate every bonus to the player. I play frequently with and without bonuses. However sometimes when I go to deposit I get a surprise which wasn't communicate through email at all. So far several 50% bonus and 35% or so and even some 100/120%! Best white hat gaming brand for me.

I always take a time out for 2 days after every withdrawal. Today with a 50 euro deposit I withdrew 600. Reactoonz for once was nice to me. Although I must say that every time when I take a time out in my account the withdrawal is processed the next day.

Hey David, a big welcome to CM!

I was a very regular depositor at your group of casinos (not registered at JJ at present) that was until my bonus ratio was deemed too high and the bonus ban hammer came swinging down right on top of my head :(

Appreciate you may not be in possession of a magic wand but is there anything you can do to rectify this, even temporarily please?

Totally understand the position with bonuses, especially more so for UK players these days and FWIW, I considered myself a loyal player rather than a bonus abuser, appreciate the mist can often cloud judgement.

Appreciate your time and of course anything you maybe able to do for me, either way cheers and all the best moving forward :thumbsup:

Already received withdrawal few hours ago. Guess a two day time out isn't necessary anymore, one day will do, at least if they keep processing the withdrawals the next day. In my case it took about 25 hours for this one.
 
Well I played Jonny Jackpot until 4:30am and when I logged out had a balance of $31,000. Logged back in and only had $5000 which was starting balance when I started playing. A 1/2 hr before I logged out I had hit a $17000 and several smaller one's before that. I played for about 10hrs and everything I did during that time has disappeared. So frustrating. They are looking into it and have locked my account while they investigate. I really like this casino I hope they will find my money.

Same. I have been playing on several WHG sites for years, never yet had a decent win on DoA, never mind a wildline or 5 scatters, not even the 5 extra spins ... closed all my accounts bar one as it's nigh on impossible to win :(
 
hit at least 50 wild lines over a few years and about 9 lots of 5x scatters. This is twice as much as I've ever lost while chasing a WL before, and i havn't hit one yet. I always play 9p, like a boss. So it's a fair amount of spins.
For some reason the free spins seem to pay slightly better than the usual nothing at all or the big one, that I'd normally see over the years. Plenty of wilds all the time, almost impossible to have no wilds in the free spins round, never really ever seeing a 0 paying bonus round either ( had three 0 paying free skins rounds from the previous 250 features there :O ) almost like its not quite as high variance as when I play it elsewhere.
And yes, the extra spins have been very, very rare.

Just thinking out loud of course... :)

Hi There - the WHG support will only lock or ban and account if there were terms that were breached - do you have an example I can look into for you? if this has been done erroneously, I would love to resolve this for you?
 
The problem with WHG is that they use terms unethically. Anti bonus rules are there to help casinos shut down bonus abusers, not confiscate winnings from recreational players who accidentally break a rule. Breaking a rule doesn't automatically mean you are abusing a bonus, it's quite a clear difference between players playing, and abusers abusing. WHG chooses to ignore the difference and happily take the money.
 
I think that is a pretty broad comment though - it may be the case for some, but definitely not for all. With the information at hand, its also very difficult to determine the difference all the time

I never broke any terms. I was paid winnings and the following day received an email saying I was banned from all further promotions and sign ups across the group. It happens at all WHG casinos quite regularly,I have heard. I was a member of quite a few WHG casinos for a number of years and had no problems until I won at Johnny Jackpot,after a few losses beforehand. I even signed up to Johnny Jackpot and one or two other WHG casinos through streamers as I thought it would indicate good faith on my part. How wrong I was.
 
I am bonus banned AGAIN. They banned me again, this time on diamond7casino after a win of 300 euro... My first ever win on diamond7casino which is less than my total amount of deposits and I get banned, lmao. What kind of joke is this? Some managers within whitehatgaming group need some serious spanking on being such retards (excuse my language).

This whitehatgaming group is becoming a joke. No more bonuses while I lose the majority of my deposits. Seriously just don't offer bonuses if you ban people from bonus promotions after they win.

First time whitehatgaming apologized to me for banning me and even gave me 50 euro real cash balance. Now they do the same thing again lmao. Shame on you jonnyjackpot I deposited every single week with you guys, with or without bonuses. I made my last deposit today with jonnyjackpot or any other casino within the whitehatgaming group. They started to become one of my favourites because I didn't hear anything anymore about bonus abuse after the first time they unblocked me, untill recently...

Your account has been found to be in breach of the Promotional Terms:

Clause: The maximum bet allowed while the Bonus is in play is CAD 5. Should You bet higher than this while the bonus is in play, the Casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings.

Therefore, your withdrawal has been canceled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of CAD 230 has been returned to your gaming account.

What a joke these are. Made a deposit using Skrill last night. Went to withdraw, only option bank transfer. Apparently they don't allow withdrawals by Skrill any more. Well thanks for telling me that before I deposited seeing as it's the only method I can use.

I have revolut and Monzo bank accounts. Revolut don't accept incoming bank transfers from gambling companies. Monzo don't have an IBAN.

So I constructed an IBAN for Monzo, which fail around 50% of the time, but wanted to start the withdraw, only after submitting it to find out they only process bank transfers on Tuesdays, so I have to wait a week, then 2-3 days for it to possibly fail, then have no way of withdrawing. That will take me till after Christmas.

Neither @David G or @WhiteHatGaming have been in for weeks.

Any chance of giving them a nudge please @LadyJelena @Casinomeister
