I want to address the claim made by the OP that the feature supposedly always pays amazing,

This is not the case, maybe the OP have been extraordinarily lucky in the past on this game?
i played 10 features in free play with the same bet settings as in his screenshot and the feature doesn't pay anywhere near that.

Here is video of the 10 features as you can see the biggest one was only 55x and most of them are under 10x. I don't doubt that the OP have had good wins in the past but the average payout is NOT 200xbet.


Assuming that the Op didn't alter the screenshot and that it's genuine then that means that there was some sort of display error since the Nextgen server logs show no spin that triggered the bonus.

The thing is that even if this is the case the casino does not owe you anything, all casinos have clauses in their T&C's regarding situations like this, and no matter what is displayed on the players screen the server results will be considered the correct results.

I couldn't actually find anything in the T&C's over at Videoslots but it must be there somewhere.

I too have played TS 2 for a couple of years mostly on my iPhone and since the latest release of games on the mobile platform 3 weeks ago this game and all other MG games have speeded up considerably.
Unless the scatters drop in on reels 1 and 2 first there appears to be no stalling on the 'heart stopper ' spin.

I only started using the quickspin fairly recently, this was on normal autoplay/clicking the spin button (I used to sit here and click the spin button when I first started playing until I found the autospin feature lol). 100% has happened to me, though not for a while now, on a laptop too though, not an iphone which is how he plays it.

Would expect him to have noticed setting it to quickspin means there's no stalling before the potential 3rd bonus symbol drops in as he says he's an experienced slots player.
