For the first time I now feel they actually believe me!
Hello.
Here are the answers.
IPhone 5s 16gb latest update
Add to home screen
No time outs. Was 10' from router. Connection solid.
Did not reload anything. Picture is legit. Snapped seconds after non trigger and emailed to u minutes afterwards
No network issues. All was fine.
Wifi. Solid connection with Bell. 25mb high speed.
I always close every app prior to playing. The spinning thing runs all the time. On every casino. No matter what. It is always running while I play. Even when I am not spinning. It is running even when not on wifi. Mo matter what game I play, it runs. You may go see my screenshots at ask gamblers.com on their thread, that thing is always turning.
For the first time I feel you people Are finally looking after my best interest. It did not need to get to this point. All u had to do was believe me from the beginning.
Regards
Johnny

Hi Johnny,
Nextgen got back to us today. They would like you to answer the below questions, so they can do the final testing before they issue a statement.
o What device was being used?
o Was you playing in an IOS Native app or playing from “Add to Home Screen” icon?
o Did you experience an idle timeout at any stage?
o Did you deliberately reload between the two spins highlighted in attached image?
o Did you experience any network issues during gameplay?
o Can you please confirm he was using a wireless connection or 3g?
o Do you recall what background processes were running when this occurred? (The apple spinning compass logo next to the wireless indicator suggests there is something running in the background or the current screen has not completely loaded.)
Best Regards,
John
