This is pretty bad, the games just keep cutting out, I also downloaded the software but it's still happening, just sent them an e-mail to close my account, I can still play the game on Bet365

Check my chat with CS: They seem to have no clue but hey there is NO wr on that free tenner and I made already 150 quid from it.
Time to cash out and see if I will get it.

Hi lotusch

FWIW.......posting chat sessions like this just clogs up the threads. I don't know about anyone else, but there's nothing worse than full page posts with chat transcripts.

I'm not saying there's never a place for them. If there's a dispute, or the CSR has said something outrageous, then it's helpful to post a few lines of the chat around that event, but otherwise it just makes me want to not read the post, which kinda defeats the purpose.

It's just my opinion of course, and nothing personal :)

A verification deposit is nothing unusual, especially with new owners. Nothing wrong with that IMO.

Sure,not a problem.
I just wanted to share that chat as to show that CS just basicly is telling lies.
Offcourse they know thaere are major issues with the disconnections from the games as many people have the same issues.
But I get your point also.

And about the deposit,so if I lets say deposit a tenner I would be able to withdraw?
As I managed to make nearly 200 already from that free tenner. ;)

This is now entering the realms of the dodgy IMO, they're still sending out emails as 'Jackpot Party' and the landing page from this email is clearly designed to be be far more Jackpot Party than Slots Magic, misleadingly so IMO.

They appear to be pitching it more as a 'rebranding exercise' than what has actually happened which is of course a takeover by a completely different group.

The casino once known as Jackpot Party NO LONGER EXISTS and I think they should be removed from the accredited list IMMEDIATELY and the new owners must go through a full Baptism By Fire process.

I'm playing here at the minute using the 150% bonus advertised in the lobby.

If you are going to claim this bonus be aware that you can not play any WMS "branded" games. If you are a fan of OZ or Bruce then you can only play them with "real money" balance.

I was going to sign up to Casino Euro as I need a new "home" to play WMS slots. Unfortunitly the sign up bonus for UK players carried a 40x depoist and bonus WR. Apparently if you come from the UK you are automatically a bonus abuser.

I agree with you on the accredited bit - a baptism seems sensible. I disagree on the branding change - I think the way they are doing this is exactly the way it should be done ...yes it's new owners but there will be a lot of existing players who need to understand that transition and I think the "combined" branding at this stage is sensible and avoids confusion. It's good communication - plus it's only transitionary anyway. In a month or two the JP brand will disappear I am sure.

The problem is that the impression of a "rebranding" may mislead existing players into thinking this is merely a cosmetic change, whereas it is a pretty major one, new owners, new licensing jurisdiction, new software, and most important, new terms and conditions, most notably the ones that restrict the WMS games from play with a bonus as it was the WMS games that were the selling point of the former Jackpot Party, and were therefore included in ALL promotions. Existing players will get caught out breaching the terms simply by playing as though this WAS a mere rebranding, as many joined BECAUSE of the WMS games, and may play these games rather than what to them are a bunch of additional games that have been added. It's actually the complete opposite, the new operator has it's own suite of games that are fully eligible for promotional play, onto which they have tagged the WMS games, reconfigured to a different RTP and pay out table (no progressive pools), and on which they have added restrictions on play with a promotion.

Existing players need to be told that there are some very important changed to their detriment in the terms and conditions, and that they primarily restrict play on the WMS slots. The restrictions are also lacking in obvious "common sense", as it has little to do with "advantage play", and more to do with internal procedures and commercial contracts that make some WMS games too expensive to operate within promotions.

Jackpot Party didn't appear to place restrictions on certain WMS slots just because they were classed as "branded", or "jackpot".

What is missing from those screenshots is the drawing to the player's attention that there have been changes to the terms and conditions for bonus play.

i find it a bit baffling that a company buys basically a wms casino and its playerbase, raves on about hows its the new home for jackpotparty players, then offer bonuses which restrict bonus money on the games that 99% of their inherited playerbase is wanting to play, are they after making a quick buck making you play the awful "other" selection of games for people that deposited and took a bonus wanting to play wms ? are they fearful of 96% rtp wms slots..

if thats the case why did they go to the trouble of aquiring a unique wms casino in the first place

and ill say it again that lobby music, i disabled it pretty sharpish, but even with my free tenner it miraciously came back on whilst playing bruce lee, and couldnt be switched off without reloading everything :d,

I have closed my account because of this. Cashed in my Jackpot Party points (£26) which i made up to £360, i withdrew to Neteller (received the money in 24 hours). However i received this

I am happy to inform you that your withdrawal request has been processed by our Finance Department.
As per our terms and conditions, your withdrawal should be processed tomorrow, however, as you are a valuable member of our community and we are so happy you managed to request your first withdrawal, we have made an exception and processed your current pending withdrawal now.
Also please be informed that as per our Terms and Conditions the maximum amount you can win or withdraw from a free bonus is 100 GBP.

We require an ID as well and as a good will gesture we processed the whole amount you requested and we expect you upload your Documents through the Cashier page

Not sure if this means that £100 is the max you can withdraw from exchanging points to money. Surely not? Must just be free chips?

. Apparently if you come from the UK you are automatically a bonus abuser.

apparently because i'm from Romania i'm automatically a gypsy, a criminal and of course, fraudster/bonus abuser being restricted from any bonuses at almost all casinos, no matter my long time activity. only Guts were amazing allowing me to play christmas calendar from day 5 because my country, like always, was on blacklist.

They so far have offered me...

a 120% bonus up to £500
a 100% bonus up to £200

all with a x30 bonus wager BUT you cant play them lovely WMS slots grrr

According to live chat you can still play them and they count towards wagering, but you can only play with funds from the "real money" balance.

My understanding is that any game that has ™ after its name is "branded" and can not be played with the bonus balance

It looks like it IS, but they are making an exception for inherited Jackpot Party players who convert carried points. This is what I meant by "changed to the terms to the detriment of players", something that goes way beyond a simple rebranding of an existing operation.

They do seem to be bending over backwards to prevent a mass exodus of the inherited player base, such as "one off" instant processing of players' "first withdrawal".

I suspect that this honeymoon period will soon end, and inherited players will find that the detrimental terms of the new operator start being applied to them.

Just had a very nice phone call from them telling me you can now use the bonus funds to play WMS slots but no the jackpot slots.

They are arranging for a Rep to come here and answer questions

:)

It's been 45 minutes and still I am unable to load any slot.

I deposted £25 and im 80% the way through the wagering with £200 balance; I should be happy, right? but these long delays and constant time outs are annoying as hell. I'm "winning" but feel unhappy as a customer.

I asked Live chat if they would consider signing up here to answer some player concerns, but all I got was a link to FAQ. :(

This is a policy of the new operator, implemented by the software now in use, and seems to appear in some other multi provider browser based casinos. It's all very well, but it defeats the whole point of playing at the old Jackpot Party, which was to enjoy the WMS games in an environment free of the restrictions imposed by those operators that merely license the games from WMS for use on a multi provider platform.

WMS fans may as well start looking elsewhere to see if there is another casino that will permit play on ALL WMS games without these restrictions.

I have not seen Microgaming casinos restrict bonus play simply because the slot is "branded" like The Dark Knight, rather than unbranded like Immortal Romance. The MGS restrictions tend to be on network progressives, and not at all casinos hosting the games.

Perhaps WMS are too greedy when it comes to the branded games, and this makes it impossible for these multi provider platform operators to allow them to be played with a bonus. 96% RTP alone should not make the slots "too expensive" to offer for bonus play, as many Microgaming slots are around this level, and many are higher, 98%-99% being a range published for a couple of them.

Slotsmagic appears to be just another bog standard SkillOnNet casino that happens to have launched with an inherited player base to kick start it.

No Your Wrong.

Its not a SkillonNet Casino,

Its a SkillonNet Casino with a shitload of bugs :p

Don't you just love it when live chat ask you to use chrome and restart computer?

This is not a problem with my computer!!!!!

I played my free tenner off and that was enough to scare me off for good, the errors were bordering on the comical, some of the WMS slots wouldn't even load at all.

The very concept of depositing any real cash is off-the-scale ridiculous.

If only I restarted my computer (!)

Well this is not good at all. I'm just getting back from holiday and find this mess.

For one thing, there was never any personal correspondence explaining the change-over (press releases don't count), and this of course has just confused everyone on what is going on. This was an award winning Casinomeister Accredited Casino, and I expected more than this.

I've removed them from the Accredited section and am notifying their casino reps. I would have expected them to have at least given me a heads up on the change-over. If this company wants to be listed here, they will have to go through the BBF like anyone else.
