Jackpot Party (Now) Slotsmagic ???

Well this is not good at all. I'm just getting back from holiday and find this mess.

For one thing, there was never any personal correspondence explaining the change-over (press releases don't count), and this of course has just confused everyone on what is going on. This was an award winning Casinomeister Accredited Casino, and I expected more than this.

I've removed them from the Accredited section and am notifying their casino reps. I would have expected them to have at least given me a heads up on the change-over. If this company wants to be listed here, they will have to go through the BBF like anyone else.

The correct action and swiftly taken too Bryan, much appreciated.

Jackpot Party were a very well regarded UK casino, (I had issues with the 92+3 RTP split but that had nothing to do with the integrity of the operation itself), with near peerless CS, good bonus offers, fast and trouble-free payouts and so on, everything that makes a good casino basically - and to see the new operators almost pretending to be the same thing but just rebranded is quite disturbing TBH.

I won't post the contents of the email response they sent me. Whilst generally well intentioned and entirely inoffensive - I ran it through Google translate seventeen times before I was able to make anything legible out of it -- immediately prior to my computer exploding.

It doesn't bode well.

Terrible.

I used to like a dabble on JPP although I never won anything.

Now I wont play here.

We were promised a refund on contibutions to the progressives on JPP but as yet ive recieved nothing, has anyone else...?

Live help is hopeless, short, and generally useless. and skill on net software reeks of untrustworthyness.

Thats one off my list.

AMEN. I would love to hear exactly what has become of the progressive contributions.

Thank god I cant load any WMS games hehe. 12% through wagering just landed this. Made it to the x 300 stage wow exciting slot hehe.

Well the good thing is they do pay.
I made €150.00 with my free tenner, had to deposit a tenner towards that to convert my account from a bonus account into a cash account.
Had my money in Skrill this morning, withdrew it last night.
So in that perspective I am happy.

I am wondering if the WMS slots pay the standard 96-97% RTP again as they obviously stripped away those jackpots.
Does anyone know?
As I found the slots I have played quite generous like Bierhaus,Ruby Slippers,Jungle Wild,Zeus and Kronos.
I was lowrolling as I only had a free tenner but I got to nearly €200.00 on only €0.30-€0.40-€0.60 bets and above slots all gave me some nice wins in ranges of 50-150x bet, never won anything decent on JPP so wondering if they reverted the slots back to normal RTP as this would explain why they play a bit easier now.

I will see where they go and how it develops as they have a splendid range of slots to choose from and I can play and deposit in Euro's which I could not at JPP.
And hey, they have paid my first withdrawal (on a freebie even) within 12 hours.

The disconnections are horrible and very annoying so if they can get that fixed I might go back for more sessions in the future.

So this once great accredited casino has been taken over by a company that was shown to have a more than dodgy looking Video Poker, that's great for a lot of you Jackpot Party folks.

such a shame

JPP had become my fav casino to play,,,, I already miss the JPP and the whinge window and the weekly 10x 100% bonus and @playwithrob yes my LUX fix... I had a phone call from SM, their so called VIP manager asking for my feedback and telling me I had been upgraded to red diamond blah blah blah. I simply pointed out that I could not possibly play at a casino that imposes such ridiculous bonus terms such as the branded games thing, max cash outs, 30x, cant claim a bonus if youve cashed out in the last 7 days etc. That was beside the point though as I couldn't play anyway due to the constant disconnection errors telling me it would sort itself out but never did then on refresh telling me i'm already logged in grrrrrrrrrrr. Just no excuses for these type of teething troubles, could they not have budgeted at least 30 quid to test the platform before putting it live. I then made it clear to them I thought the whole set up was designed to relieve inexperienced players of there money with silly confusing terms. I for one will be playing wms games at willys from now on.

RIP JPP

i'm very glad to read this operator has not been able to purchase a CM accreditation in with this transaction. Way to go CM!!

Reports abound elsewhere of some former Jackpot Party players (some of their bigger players) being offered all sorts of inducements to continue and play at the new casino. Multiple emails, phone calls, offers of large NDBs with no cashout restrictions, immediate promotion to top-tier VIP levels, personal intervention of 'VIP managers' and so on.

I think they've had a proper raft of players closing their accounts and probably a massive drop-off in deposits and playthrough.

They can use the Jackpot Party 'style' for their site and even send out emails as 'Jackpot Party' until they're purple in the face, but the players aren't having any of it as far as I can see.

The JPP system, chat channel, personal support, 'community' feel, unique slots like LUX, generous bonuses etc etc were what made Jackpot Party. I think SkillOnNet have made a serious misjudgement if they thought they could effectively purchase a large player database, slap a dodgy rebrand on the site and then expect things to carry on as if nothing had happened, despite having gutted what it was that made Jackpot Party special in the first place.

They could have just stepped in, left the site as it was and carried on. The VIP manager just laughed when I said we got ÂŁ500 x 10 WR each week, she said they would go bust if they offered that every week lol.

Did not know why all of you so did not like skill on net casinos. They dodgy, yeah, but if you play with their rules, they always pay.I am up with their brands more than 10k euros lifetime, playing only 300 shields :) never any problem, only that they close bonuses for me after many withdrawals :)

Well, I've not had a call, enticement or anything off them. They haven't even credited over whatever I was due from Jackpot Party progressives refund. As a result of that, (and being quite a heavy player at JPP) they can do one.

No inducements are any good if the site itself doesn't work properly. They could offer a ÂŁ10,000 free chip with 10x playthrough, but constant disconnects and other problems will mean that some will give up, and others will persevere for a free shot at 10K, and then give up exhausted win or lose.

Too much pressure to carry on may have the opposite effect, with players closing their accounts because of the emails and intrusive phone calls, no matter how good the offer.

That's near enough exactly what I said to the affiliate people when they asked* me to swap all the Jackpot Party links & banners on my sites to Slots Magic ones.
I too think they have made a BIG mistake.

* Asked = Tried to blackmail. They said that if I didn't change the banners and links that I would not be paid any commission for the players I referred to Jackpot Party over they last couple of years. Big mistake number 2.
Apart from the fact I already dropped their affiliate program (EGO) ages ago for incompetence, there's no way I'm going to list a half-arsed, bug-ridden casino with silly WR rules on my sites just for a few quid in commission.

I don’t know if Jackpot party was running at a loss, I doubt it but maybe the profit wasn’t within expectations. I’d never suggest any creative accounting on the original company as the liability would have needed to be absorbed by the buyer lol

I bailed out on that site ages ago when it had issues with my old BT (British Telecoms) IP address range and gave a message that basically said I wasn’t in the UK, rather poor I’d say.

One can’t really debate the perhaps derisory decision made by the new owners, I suppose the management meeting where they may have and I say may have swapped out the coffee for Vodka to create some new dynamic was right at the time.

I suppose not really telling your user base (I think that means customers) that there are changes afoot and these change things to such a degree that you wake up to a donkey and not a Tesla model S in the driveway are okay.

Baptism awaits I think

jackpots

When I got the email last week it said that everybody who contributed to the jackpots at the old jackpot party would be refunded something for their play. Now I haven't played Jackpot Party for a while but I know the last time I played I did play the lux slot game but no refund on my account for any of that play. So I am wondering this is an empty promise. Either way I have no desire to play at the new site anytime soon especially since I read that thread about Skill On Net. I might reconsider if they apply and make it through the BBF and become accredited here. I doubt they would be able to do that though.

as far as jackpot refunds go it was stated that you would get a refuund of your contributions to that pot if that particular one hadn't been won, so unless you played there in the days leading up to the change im pretty sure all but the major (and maybe that too)would have been won, along with the lux jackpots.

Thanks for the clarification.

As they have numerous bonuses on offer i decided to give them a little shot before closing my account. Ended up losing ÂŁ300 (3 matched ÂŁ100 deposits) mainly trying to get to the x300 stage on 300 shields. I therefore decided to close my account. A chat correspondent said i had to email their support in order to close my account. 48 hours have passed since i sent that email and my account is still open and ive received no reply. I went onto live chat today to see what the problem was and why my account was still active. The reason i got was

Emre: My honest answer to this is way too busy these days and i apologize for it personally

Seriously!!?

What a shambolic outfit
.

WMS games seams to be alitle tighter here than other places i play, might be bad luck or maybe a lower RTP?

they are all pretty much the 96% rtp versions if you check the paytables on wms games it should show you the rtp somewhere on the payouts, as opposed to the original jackpot party which had around 4% of the rtp contributing to the progressives.

Also i was affraid to take any bonus there because of all the strange terms... Cant increase bet win big then decrease bet and so on.. Advantage play they say lol.. Its supposed to be random! Pluss they wont allow you to play Bruce lee, ruby slippers and so on with a bonus lol, thats the best WMS games. Why do they have this stupid bonus rule? All other casinos with WMS games allow u to play these with a bonus.
