Jackpot Party (Now) Slotsmagic ???

They offered me a £75 bonus to keep my account open. I thought I may as well claim it and hope the connection problems had been fixed. Not only were they not fixed, they were a lot worse.

After 30 minutes I was still unable to load any WMS game. The non-WMS slots that would load for me had crazy minimum bets of £10, £5, £2.50.

The lobby is so CPU heavy that just navigating the games was so painfully slow on my laptop. The horrible background music would randomly start playing even though I muted it. On one occation there were 3 instances of the background music all playing at once and out of sync; it sounded like something from a horror movie and it matched perfectly my experience at the casino.

After around an hour I finlly managed to load a slot that I could play with bonus funds and also allowed betting under £2.50. The game was Medusa. I set bet to £1.25 and the reels began to spin so slowly i thought my computer was about to freeze. It took around 45 seconds to complete a spin as the reels span 1 frame at a time. It was so boring I questioned my sanity as to why I was playing it. The game appears to play so slow because the lobby is still running behind the game.

I bust out after less than 80 spins and I had never felt so relieved as I was now free from the torcher. This was the first time I wanted to lose just so I could be done with this horrible place and sign off on the casino.

The idea of playing here again with my own money is just never ever going to happen. That lobby music will haunt me for many years to come.
 
I re-opened my account for the £50 60x wager bonus and managed to complete the wager with £250 balance. Sadly, they do have a maximum limit of £100 withdrawal for those free chips but overall it was a much better experience than the first time.

I did get a few error messages that forced the game to reload later in the evening, but I had completed 90% of the wager before they started coming up. They have sent an email saying the withdrawal has been processed so waiting to see if it arrives.

It does seem like they are trying to get things sorted out so maybe I was a little harsh earlier. If the cash arrives, thanks Slots Magic.

because of the shi*storm i did an account decided to dep the minimum but i found 10E free with sign up. played for 30 minutes bier haus with no lag or disconnections at all. don't know how jackpot party was but i like slots magic, only China being restricted from bonuses.
 
They sent my bankwire last thursday and i havent gotten it yet.. Usually when i cash out like this it takes 1-3 days maximum. Now its been 3 days and nothing..Expecting it to come tomorrow if not theres gotta be something wrong
 
I wouldnt worry too much, im sure you will get paid. i just received £165 froma few days ago i had forgotton about.. just takes time is all :)

What i cant stand are the drop outs.. When im playing a slot i feel like once it's eaten X amount of money i feel like it's time it paid some back. When the game drops out, i feel like i just lost all that investment in a payout/bonus round.. that really p****S me off!

excaly my feeling, always error when you on a roll or played loads, I feel its cheated me with the cash I spent, Some peeps say that it dosnt matter it will not effect game play but Im will to put a bet that it does, Also its bloody annoying
 
After reading about them yesterday here in the forum i had a look on their website and signed up (iam big fan of wms slots). To my surprise i had 10e free in my account after sign up, went to the black knight 2 slot and instantly won, about 55€.

I checked in the cashier and with support and my money was cashable allthough i just wagered a few €. I made the min dep with skrill to confirm my payment method, requested a wd and send in my docs. Support replied to emails within 5 minutes, was told my wd is pending until today midnight, then should be processed.

I hope it all goes hassle free without further delays, so far i really like the casino as for their games selection.

I'm not sure I would have come to the same outcome of signing up after reading about them!!

I'm not saying that you won't get paid but the constant error codes that everyone who has played there has reported would have put me off.

There are plenty of other sites that offer WMS games to get your fix of these elsewhere! :thumbsup:

sure there are other sites, and i tried them all and always like to vary the sites i play. for german players some are also not available. I just read a thread here yesterday where a german asked for casinos offering wms slots, this thread here i found later, after i signed up ;) and btw i didnt deposit, so nothing to risk.

And for me all i can say, i had no technical difficulties, all went smooth, they even credited 10free which i wasnt aware of and i won right off.

So if they also pay i have nothing bad to say about them.

Received a Bonus from SM (Ta very much!) and had an amazing streak of luck building it up to £1k. Took it out over 3 withdrawal's (700, 100, 150).

Received an email today stating that the 700 had been processed and sent, The other two however were declined pending I.D upload, No worries I thought, I'll jump on live chat and see what they need.

I'm only entitled to £100 of this amount as far as their T&C's go, Ok. Not exactly ecstatic about that, but I guess rules is rules! But is it really acceptable to let someone build funds to that amount, Allow the multiple withdrawal's and even send a confirmation email for sent funds of £700 only to find out when I look into it that only £100 was sent and no explanation other than an automated response?

I'm pretty sure I've played on a previous site with a maximum cashout from a bonus and was told that at the withdrawal stage I'd only be able to take £100 of it and the rest would be void!

Just a poor show In my opinion.

Just for the record, I had a call from the rep to say they had ironed out the disconnect issues that caused me and many others to stop playing. Had a play on Raging Rhino with a freebie she gave me for about 30 minutes yesterday just to check it out and I didn't get disconnected.

Has it been processed? Or that they no about your withdraw? If didn't ask for any details than without adout it will go back to card you used to deposit, I do not used credit cards do to had a lot of trouble when I did use but soon as the withdraw is in progress than normally 2 days, As its bank holiday than you be looking at Wednesday
wd on the win but please I still do not no why people are playing there, Every 1 has a option so I not saying do not play there but since the change I have had nothing but rubbish talk from them

May be there getting there act together, It only took the 2 weeks to to put bonus on my account, Theres a few people that said that withdraw has been no problem, Im finding it difficult to get any withdraw at the minute, Well hoping luck will change

I see that yahoo have a beta version of Jackpot Party now, with the same logo and everything. Only freeplay ofcourse(eventhough it seems you can buy playchips). Kind of weird, if it issn't just a promo thing JPP forgot to take offline when they closed their doors?

I thought the same too but I think they meant if you deposit 50 and get 50 bonus you have to wager 3,000. Very badly written term.

Can someone who has actually taken the SUB confirm what the wagering requirement was? 30X(D+B) is mental, I wouldn't bother with that.
 
Yes sorry for bringing thread back up, after speaking to help I may have a change of mind, It is 30x wager on bonus not d&b, I did not ask about the silly wager on no deposit, But looks like there still not changed rules? Suprise there as I can guess they seen this thread, Any way help told me min £5 deposit for bonus and rules state min 20? I deposit a 13 to try and yes wager is only x30 bonus, I received email with a 130% bonus,

I played the welcome bonus but didn't get a cashout:( I found very few problems with the games (except they didn't pay me:p). I think they have definitely improved since the launch. Live chat is on the ball. I wasn't able to test cashout speed this time but I will try again in the future:)

I also agree, Just if they had this all sorted out from day 1, Help seemed to be in the no how, At least thats 1 good thing, Still terms are not straightened, Which will even go in there favour if sorted, Im yet to take out but only had the 1 deposit and was surprised, If they keep turning it around like they have been than no dout it could be a decent site
 
I deposited a total of $500 in this casino over 4 days. RTP feels very low and free spins just seem impossible to get compared to other casinos that play the same slots. Customer Service is very poor; they tend to ask irritating questions such as "could you verify your email address" YUP! It's my username. Read it! This is followed by "Can you please verify your username" then to make it worse, please wait whilst I check your account. :mad::mad::mad:
Player retention is also a joke. I was offered 15% of my last deposit of $30. Thanks for offering me $4.50, but I dont think that's really going to entice me to invest more money into your casino! "Oh how about I offer you 25% on your last deposit.

ive been playing there loads in the last 2 months in comparison to other casinos and quickly got given vip status with exclusive bonuses, the wagering on the highest 100%+ bonuses are high for sure but i've had more freebies in the form of no deposit bonuses from them than most other casinos, without asking.

not that it will make you feel any better from the bad runs there, but i did a 100% match on £150 last night and cashed out £1k :o

whats slots where you playing and at what stake ? super high variance stuff like raging rhino and bruce lee can be very cruel.

Hi mate,

I'm in Oz so unfortunately I am limited to what I can play and both those slots are restricted in Oz. I played the likes of Medusa II, Ninja Master, Merlin's millions, superman, king kong, and pretty much everything available to me. I've really only had good runs with MG so I'm searching for a new casino that has Microgaming.

I took the monthly 100% match from Slotsmagic, cleared the decent WR with a decent profit, and now 14-15 hours after withdrawing it hit my Skrill account :). So eventhough they write that they have longer withdrawal times(24-48hours) I guess its just for good measures.

hm i thought when depositing with skrill you're not allowed to use bonus above 99%??

They did say that no max bet if bonus was less than 100% or 75% but please do not hold me to this, I do no them rules have been spun more times than a 2nd hand washing machine,

If your deposit bonus/offer was less than a 100% deposit bonus/offer the maximum bet is either 10, or 10% of the deposit bonus/offer amount (the lower of the two amounts apply)
If your deposit bonus/offer is 100% or more the maximum bet is 5, or 10% of the deposit bonus/offer amount (the lower of the two amounts apply)

That canot be rite I get emails most days with 10% bonus up to 100%

so if I took the 10% offer and deposit 10 than bonus will be a £1 and 10% of that is 10p lol,
 
I joined them about a month ago. I have to say it was very fast to KYC and verify my account and 2 small withdrawals I made were been processed in 24 hrs. The only minus I find is the min bet that they have at several slots that feels rather high to me (1.25 or 2.50 Euros) and with a small bonus you could even violate the max bet bonus rule.
All in all for my kind of taste they do have a nice of games that I don't find easily elsewhere
 
I just signed up for an account with this shower, can't believe I was so stupid.

I mean, cards on the table here, I'd had a glass of wine (or three), and had thought I was entering the "recover your forgotten password" spiel for SlottyVegas.

Kicking myself so hard here it hurts ...... what an amateurish, dodgy set-up these guys are! Grrrr!!!

I know the blurb here says they have MGS games - BUT they don't have any of the DECENT MGS slots!

When I browsed their slots and saw they had something called "Throne Of Games" <lolz!> that's when I KNEW something was definitely WRONG!

Nobody to blame but my own damn self, of course - but gambling after alcohol? Just DON'T do it, people!
