I really want to expose this whole "document" fraud thing on the part of the online casinos. Being in the US, they will only send a check. If the check is made out to ME, I can take my ID to the bank and deposit it. So why do they need to know if I have a DL and utility bills, I mean how does that prevent or protect me from fraud?? Most banks won't cash a check for JOHN DOE if the ID says JOE SMITH! GET IT CASINOS!! It is all a stall.

They have all my documents, plus I am a VIP for several years.

Made 2 deposits via fundedQuicktender account. Next day requested withdrawal. Told 48 hours for casino to review and send to processor who knows how long the processor will take to send the funds to Quicktender and then I have to wait atleast 5 days to get funds from Quicktender.l

I can't deal with this.

Everyone else pays to my Quicktender account within 1-4 days.

So long Jackpotfactory, no excuse for this.

AND.... it has been 3 days!!!! Still not sent to the processor. Financial Department still reviewing?(WHAT?)

Grand, the only way that scenario would fly here in the state of Georgia, US would be for John Doe to endorse the back of the check himself and then give it to Joe Smith for Joe Smith to also endorse on the back and then he (Joe Smith)could deposit into his (Joe Smiths) bank account, otherwise it would be considered check fraud...Not real sure about the other states here in the US though...

UPDATE-CASE OF INEFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

about 12 a.m. I again phoned CS and was told that infact my cashin was paid to my quicktender account earlier that day and the system probably had not been updated with that info prior to my earlier call. So I said o.k. it should be in my account then, thanks. He replied, that it could take up to 2-3 days to reflect in my Quicktender account. To that I replied if it isn't there now, it wasn't sent because ALWAYS once the payment is transmitted toQuicktender it is received in my account virtually instantly, that is how electronic transfers operate.

I then asked if in fact his information might be saying that the casino sent the OK to pay to their processor. He said he didn't know exactly how it worked.

As I suspected, no money received by Quicktender. So, I guess you sit and wait because the casino apparently has no control over payment once it leaves them. I know it would take them days to get an answer from the processor so no point asking them to check the status.

I cashed in at another casino on 2/14 payment made to myQT account 2/15.

You're right about that footdr...I've had a QT account since day one of their service and it does show up instantly in QT just as soon as the casino sends it...so for anyone else out there that doesn't know this don't let these casinos BS you about QT having to update their systems...IT AIN'T SO !!

Pacers, and with all due respect to CM, this is the one 2007 award won for best group iirc that I still can not grasp based on all the rhetoric (when he chose to respond) from Brickman (only Mario is better in talking out of both sides of his mouth). Pacers, I especially remember your problems but a few others as well!

I apologize for being a bit OT here but......of the few small deposits I've made at JF that were supposed to have a small bonus attached, The bonus was supposed to be instant but was not. I had to wait at least 2 days in order to get my measly few dollars on 2 out of the 3 of those instances.
Didn't give me much confidence in them. Makes you wonder if they screw up something that small .........well y0u get my drift!

I APOLOGIZE TO JACKPOT FACTORY

In my last post I stated that Club world paid me 2/15. I assumed this as I had received an email from CW cashier which normally means I have been paid.

Both my withdrawal from CW and JPF were for $1300.00.

I ran a report in the QT software today and found that in fact the $1300.00 payment was from JPF.

So the last CS rep was correct.

Therefore, I received payment 5 days after requesting my cashin.

Due to weekend I will probably not recieve the CW payment until monday as their cashier does not work weekends.

Also, INETbet still the fastest payout to Quicktender, sameday or next day.

Cashed out early am, in my Quicktender account this afternoon!
