I'm trying to find out where or even if the following casinos are licensed.
Jackpot Capital
From their website: "Jackpot Capital is operated and owned by Greavestrend Ltd., Agiou Eleftheriou, 74A, Archangelos, Strovolos, P.C. 1055 Nicosia, Cyprus, a registered company licensed by the government of Cyprus." The way I read that it does not say the casino is licensed to operate there, and I'm fairly sure that it can't be since the government banned all online gambling apart from sports betting with OPAP last year.
CM's database says: Cyprus
Their server IP says: Curacao
Slotastic
Their website says: "Slotastic (further referred to as 'the Casino') is operated and owned by Orange Consultants Ltd., registered by the government of the British Virgin Islands." Gambling is illegal in the BVI and they do not license casinos there. This thread on the subject at the GPWA died unanswered in 2010:
CM's database says: Costa Rica
Their server IP says: Curacao
Grande Vegas
Their website says: "Grande Vegas Casino (further referred to as 'the Casino') is operated and owned by Tigress Management Ltd., registered by the government of the British Virgin Islands." Same as Slotastic.
CM's database says: Curacao
Their server IP says: Curacao
Lucky Club
Their website says: nothing of any use that I could find
CM's database says: not accredited
Their server IP says: Curacao
It doesn't look to me like any of them are licensed anywhere. They are clearly being served from Curacao, but it is unusual to find casinos from there that do not link to an accreditation or list the company name.
If anyone could help me out and shed some light on this it would be appreciated.
Edit: I have PM'd the Jackpot Capital rep so hopefully they can help me out here.
