Good morning to all!

Is there a problem at Jackpot Capital today?

I'm trying to login to play and i get a message that i'm NOT allowed to login.
Is this only me or happens to all ?

Last night i was playing and everything was ok, i had some winnings.

Strange...:confused:

Did an alert box appear stating that your account was locked?
 
Yes, an alert box that says :

'You're not allowed to log in. Please contact customer service'

I've mailed the support team and waiting for a reply.
 
You were wining and got locked, classic.
But if you got no reply, then probably the system did it automatically, maybe the pc you played last night is from your friends who has an account there, or same ip, sommething like that.
I doubt they would lock it and not inform you why.

Your post made me thinking of the situation deeper.

Jackpot Capital is my prefered place to play online, since i have got nice support, fast replies and no problems at all. All deposits/withdrawals with no problems.

About last night, Yes, i was winning around 400$ after a 100$ deposit with no bonus.

Before my session, a friend of mine (whom i've refer to Jackpot Capital before 2 months) visited me and he played from my pc through his own account. Deposited, had some fun and lost. After 2 hours, i decided to play too, and proceed with my deposit, played 4 hours decide to go take a nap and continue at morning.

Woke up at morning and seen that i'm not allowed to log in and contact support.

Well, if the problem has to be with my friend's account that played from my computer, my friend can send all the verification documents may needed to prove that he's using ONLY his account. He plays with his own personal details, deposit methods etc. I guess an ID and a form to intentify that it's enough.

I called my friend and inform him about the situation and he guarranted me that he is able to send anything needed to prove his personal account.

I believe Jackpot Capital will check my problem and respond and solve it, since i was always be nice to my play and that's what i expect from such a nice casino.

For any progress i will post news here.

I have said from the very beginning when others doubted who they were, including a respected affy who promotes them Now;), they are top notch and have been so since day one with moi and other players imo:thumbsup:................laurie

I am sure everything will be sorted Neuro, although if your friend wants to gamble on your computer have him use the flash no download version. Im thinking this would avoid problems in the future.

I agree Jackpot Capital is my favourite RTG... but that could be because I won a couple of RJs there.:D I never had any problems and I have been playing there the longest out of all the RTG casinos. Its a very well run casino.
 
Yes, everything seems fine, after the last mail from JC, i can login again with no problems.

And yes, JC is one of the best RTG's out there, and i've to admit that i did withdrawal after this problem, and i got paid through moneybooker into 12-14 hours.
