But if you got no reply, then probably the system did it automatically, maybe the pc you played last night is from your friends who has an account there, or same ip, sommething like that.
I doubt they would lock it and not inform you why.

About last night, Yes, i was winning around 400$ after a 100$ deposit with no bonus.
Before my session, a friend of mine (whom i've refer to Jackpot Capital before 2 months) visited me and he played from my pc through his own account. Deposited, had some fun and lost. After 2 hours, i decided to play too, and proceed with my deposit, played 4 hours decide to go take a nap and continue at morning.
Woke up at morning and seen that i'm not allowed to log in and contact support.
Well, if the problem has to be with my friend's account that played from my computer, my friend can send all the verification documents may needed to prove that he's using ONLY his account. He plays with his own personal details, deposit methods etc. I guess an ID and a form to intentify that it's enough.
I called my friend and inform him about the situation and he guarranted me that he is able to send anything needed to prove his personal account.
I believe Jackpot Capital will check my problem and respond and solve it, since i was always be nice to my play and that's what i expect from such a nice casino.
