Jackpot Capital....Are things changing or....

Not impressed. Requested w/d on Saturday and with their weekend cashouts would have been paid on Sunday. Its currently 7pm on Wednesday over here and still no money. So the reason given by Yasmeen does not apply to my case.

Clubworld appears to be slowing down on withdrawals as well..We requested on 10-17 via ach...was approved on 10-19 But still not in our bank as of today. It had never taken more than 3 days. And we have been playing at cw since there beginning. Also I had noticed we get no more emails of conformation on withdrawals or deposits for that matter..I am sure we will get paid,,But it is a bit discourageing especially when the deposit is instant..instead of getting better it is getting worse.Just one mans oppinion folks:mad:

I think the withdrawal times has to be considered as a more important criteria if a casino should be accredited. There is no need today (for players from europe) that a cash out takes more than 24 h to neteller or moneybookers or 3 working days for a wire transfer. If longer times are standard for a casino then they have cash problems or try to fraud the customers !
Btw. Bryan: Please change the cash out time of Jackpotcapital in your "picks".

The question of whether this was an overall payout time change or just for certain 'ones' of us has now been answered. The country I live in (u all know) has everything to do with why it takes so long to get paid and if I want to play, I have to live with it. Not saying that I don't pick the casinos that pay the quickest but I will give a little more time for payment. Not much more but a day or so.

However, for players in other countries to have to wait as long as I do for payment is unacceptable. I have the feeling that things are not what they seem and that the payment processor issue may turn out to be an excuse for slower payment to everyone.

I think it should be less of a deal, the payout time, well just a tiny bit..
Overall it doesn't change a thing if a casino pays out a few days slower.
The payout % stays the same. But more players reverse a withdrawal. So, do the math, chance of actually winning something goes up.

I've said it before but no one seems to agree with me, it's not all easily labeled as good or bad. fast payouts alone doesn't mean it's a superb casino.

I also have been waiting unusually long for a withdrawal from the CWG.... I't discourage's me to make any further deposit's!!

I know I'll be paid but it was alway's 3 day's max with them sometimes I got lucky and it was in 2 day's...

Now i'm waiting still from last thursday and they told me 3-5 day's?

I have PM'd the Rep several times and several day's ago but no response? It's very unusual for him??

I dont see myself continuing to deposit there under those circumstances. My reasons for playing in the JC group were their cashable bonuses, nice support and fast cashouts. But if I win - which hasnt been the case too often - and have to wait up to 5 days for the winnings to hit my MB account, the odds of playing them back are too high imo. I am dissapointed and convinced that this is a bad move for both the players and the casino.

Balky

Closed my jackpotcapital account

Did same thing. Will not deposit there after those changes. Just not worth it. Use to play only at Inetbet and jackpot capital from RTG , will stick with inetbet for now.
I don't really like merging jackpots either, but that's could be just me.

I consider Jackpot Capital the best RTG option available for me. I have noticed lately that the withdrawal times were longer than usual but I am ok with it. I have not complained and support even apologized to me for taking so long. If I do reverse a withdrawal I know full well what I am doing and I live with the consequences as well as the rewards. It is nice to have the money in your ewallet next day but the fact that I KNOW I will be paid in full means more to me than anything. I know my money is safe at JC (usually, as long as I don't start sipping the hard stuff). What casinos should do is offer an incentive to keep your money in the account, 10 years ago, an A+ rated sports book (that I wont name) used to pay you interest on your daily balance. This didnt last long but they were trying new things and I appreciated that. They have since become a F rated book but it wasnt becasue of this.

How much does it cost casinos to transfer money? I guess it depends on the method but if I withdrew $1000 and then deposited it back I would imagine depending on the method, it would cost them anywhere from $25 to $50 round trip. Maybe someone with more knowledge can give me some insight as I might be on the low end. There should be some incentive for me to leave my money there since the deposits and withdrawals are free. And this doenst mean they should start charging to withdraw.

I agree, but there are casinos - wont name them - where you also KNOW you will be paid in full and in addition to that you KNOW that you will be paid in full within a few hours or one day. For me thats a big difference.

Yes I agree.I went on chat today, after being emailed from cashier that the process usually takes a couple of days but actually 3 to 5 biz days..Ok, Live chat tells me 5 to 7....It never has taken that long for us,,And we have been a cwg player since the beginning..2 weeks ago the withdrawal was in our bank in 3 days...I haven't pm'd Tom yet..I will give them the benefit of the 7 days..It is a bit discourageing though..

It is a big difference for you and I understand 100%, but for me it is more difficult to deposit and withdraw and the places where I can play knowing I will get paid is even more limited. I can understand 100% why this would infuriate people outside of "The Land of the Free" but I can work with it.

Yeah I know what you mean, I have also been with them from the start..

Tom is actually an excellent person and he is alway's willing to help!!

Hopefully patience is a virtue :D

This was from Stephen one of the cashier's from CW...

Hi Tammy,

ACH withdrawals can take up to 3-5 working days, Weekends are not included in this as banks do not work then.
He didnt mention 5-7 day's?

My w/d was approved 10-19 a.m and was out of my cw acct..monday I emailed cw and was emailed back by Stephan that it takes 3 to 5 biz days...Today 10-26 wednesday a week later live chat said it will be 5 to 7 days!!!! Nothing as of yet

I honestly do not believe JC's explanation for extension to 48 hours.Previously, around 24 hours after a w/d request the w/d would leave pending status and the money will be in my ecocard account within minutes. Now more than 48 hours after w/d request money has left the cashier and more than 12 hours have passed but no money in my ecocard a/c. I would like Yasmeen to explain to me how their services have improved based on my case.

Sure hasn't improved on the customer end has it chuchu?

I'm not privy to a casino's in's and out's but in summary, it seems the only one who could be benefiting out of the new stuff is the casino. Lowered processing costs for them, more reversals for them so less paid out.

JC should come out and explain just how it benefits us their customers because silence can only lead us to come up with our own conclusions, which I happen to think are quite sensible. :D I realize a casino is there to make profits, but yet they need to balance out customers wants and needs with making that profit. Fewer customers, fewer deposits only lower the line for them. :(

I'm really disappointed personally because I just started playing with this group, hadn't had a cash out yet, but was looking forward to it based on what I had read. Coupled with the non response I got by email to my issues and now this, I think it would be wise to rethink playing there.

HI there,

Thank you for all your comments.

Processing of payouts on weekends, in most instances, took away the access from the customers' to their winnings and placed them in the hands of processors, who didn't complete the process on weekends anyway. (all banks and checking institutions)

This gives customers access to their funds which are not yet sent off by a processor.

That said the 48 hour pending period give us ample time to ensure that the processors are well-equipped to complete your payout.

Please note that anything implemented by our group is done so to merely ensure the end user, you our valued customers, have and continue to have access to the highest level of online gaming, without any hiccups.

As always, we will continue to work hard to ensure you get your well-deserved winnings!

Cheers,
Yasmeen

Yasmeen, I'm sorrry, but I am just not buying this in it's entirety, with all due respect. You folks do many things right, but that excuse is just too blanketed for me, especially since other casinos payout almost instantly to an e-wallet. The real reason for delaying such a withdrawal is the hope that the gambler who loves to play will reverse it and give the casino a shot at getting the money back. There should be minimal delay, if any, to withdraw to an e-wallet. Let's be honest here. Anything short of fast payout to an e-wallet simply means that the casino is doing this because they can or they have lazy personnel, or there is an agenda. Which is it? All unacceptable.

I am a loyal player to Slotastic and if these new payout practices continue to be implemented, I will be run off. Clubworld and iNetbet have both paid me within hours in this past week, to MyPaylinQ.

Has anyone received a wire transfer from JC lately? I didn't know it was this slow of a process considering they are pretty fast once initiated by the bank. I was told 4-10 business days once it has been sent to the processor, which is still possible , but the entire process is looking like it might take three weeks from my request to the crediting of the funds. If they come back and say there was a problem I might go ballistic.

I have one from JC that was processed Wednesday (a w/d initiated Friday, mind you grrrrr) another from Slotastic that went out this morning. I will keep you posted as to when the funds hit the bank. Sometimes I get lucky and it's only 3 business days, sometimes as long as 5 business days.

I have one from the 18th as well I'm waiting on. Slower than I've had in the past, but ya, they still have a few days to make it in 10 business days.

Is it still 48 hours from JC?

I don't want to start any fights or such and I am just passing this along............

I played at a main street gaming casino( I know the feelings about them here) this past weekend I withdrew half my starting bankroll cause I was hitting diddly squat and in less than 24 hours I got my withdrawal.

Now jackpot capital has withdrawal options that are better for me then main street I think 48 hours is still a good time frame as compared to online poker if you have to wait for a deposit to clear which at pokerstars is like 7 business days.

Is it great to have money in 24 hours, for sure!, but 48 hours is not that bad.

Just my 2 cents, carry on:thumbsup::D

Yeah, but an e-wallet withdrawal can be anywhere from instant to not more than a few hours from some accredited casinos here. Slotastic has paid me fast in the past and those payments form future habits of depositing there trusting those same fast payouts can be relied on. This thread and my own experience tells me we can't rely on those fast payouts anymore. I have a feeling ClubWorld and iNetbet will be getting more of my business.
