Jackpot Capital and sister casinos depositing issues

    I was wondering if anyoine else has had depositing issues with any of jackpot capitals sister casinos? I have tried using different cards at different times at different casinos for 2 weeks now and have not been able to deposit except once at jackpot capital....

    I reported it to the casinos and they first said that their processor stopped my transactions due to reaching max deposit limits... then they checked another casino and said my bank stopped depsots due to maximum deposit has been used. Never heard of that. I can use it at other casinos including clubworld and their sister casinos..anyone else?

    I have had trouble all day depositing at Slots Capital/Desert Nights... Live chat was not working which was a little strange, so I had to go to the website to talk with CS, they told me to try again in 24 hours.... went over to Sloto RTG and it worked right away. CWC (BuzzL) kept saying there was tech issues when I tried to redeem a bonus coupon, so I did not even try to deposit there at all. I was not aware of deposit limits, maybe that's the problem, but they could just tell me that instead of making me paranoid. Hope this is just temporary... :confused: -Jackie

    What the hell is a deposit limit? A cap on an individual deposit method or a cap on the deposit on an individual account? This needs to be explained thoroughly as I would have expected that casinos want players to deposit as much as possible to increase their cashflow. If Jackie is stationed in the US that may be a problem for US players only. Strange that Slots Capital/Desert Nights had problems whereas Sloto RTG didn't as they form part of the same group.

    Not sure what was going on with trying to deposit...It has been quite frustrating I would of been happy to give them back some of the money I won from them last month, However, I guess a new pair of boots or something sparkly would be just as fun.:thumbsup:
