Grrr What a bad week!

I had problems getting the lake palace to load on my computer. I would click on it, but it wouldnt start up. This was last week. I ha my brother come over to look at my puter . He had to ease a bunch a stuff . Anyway, so I reloaded the casino, and made a deposit of 150 bucks. I called them up to
get my account name over again as it got lost in the first bad download.

I was just reading through thier deposit terms and it says you have
to deposit in the first 72 hours to get the bonus. So now Im really mad,
because I could not get it to work rite. I did not cash out when I had a good hit figuring I had meet wagering requirements. It only worked the first time I ever loaded it. But would never reload, it would just turn the icon on the desktop blue.......GRR ... So since I figure I wont see this bonus now,.. I went and downloaded another microgaming , and deposited another 150 bucks.
Followed thier instructions, and when entered the bonus code it said it was not valid for the casino. Even though its on thier front page, and I get an email instead telling me Ill get 30 dollars! This is at vegas joker. I played the flash..... So Now Im really mad.... I went and played 400 at my regular places, 200 at Inetbet, and 200 and king solomons, didnt win, but at least I never have a problem there!

Honestly, 300 dollars and I was expecting a firt deposit bonus match,
and wont see it at either place. One becaus of technical difficulties,
and the other I have no idea why its not working . If they no longer offer it,
they should take it off thier front page.....

I haven't checked - but I'm pretty sure most MG's don't give out the S.U.B. for the flash versions - only the download ones. :(

I know it's hard, but you need to make sure the casino downloads & runs properly BEFORE you sign up & deposit.
A pain in the ass - but it would save you further grief. :)

Quite. Always, always, always download and install the casino client locally on your PC if you are after any new player deposit bonuses on offer. Also check that it works thoroughly as a guest player - no conflicts with Norton Anti Virus or Norton Internet Security, or any other firewall or AV Software you have on your PC.

If you then encounter a problem phone support - 90% of the time they will be able to walk thru with you over the phone any fixes or will happily escalate to the IT Team for assistance. In most cases MGS Software is trouble free, but they can't control what other software their customers have on their PC's.

Stick with MGS Powered Casinos - They are in my opinion the best around, by a country mile.

Yep. If was because it was flash. I didnt realize that. I just saw the it said flash version available, and decieded after the lake palace problem, that this would be so much easier. LIve and learn I guess:((

Wow. Lake palace has been wonderful. They emailed me and are still going to credit the bonus:)) cant beat that for customer service.

That makes me feel better.

Remember too - that microgaming is the SOFTWARE
Lake Palace is in the Fortuna Group - there is the Belle Rock Gaming, Fortune Lounge, Trident Entertainment, Vegas Affiliates, Vegas Partner, Wager Share, Casino Rewards and other GROUPS that use the software. Each of these groups have their own casinos and their own bonuses - they're not cross available between the groups.

I for one love Lake Palace and Bella Vegas - I've had good luck with them (Not progressive win good luck YET - but good luck :) )

The true test of a casino is how much they love you in return. Of all the casinos I've played, only two or three have ever made an attempt to get me back by slipping me an occasional free chip, and those are the casinos I remain loyal to.

Didnt do to bad today. I went to 7 sultans, and went in with 200 cashed out at 1000. I finaly got the free spins on the thunderstruck:) But what did it was the 800 hit on major millions:)

Well that isn't true. If you want hassle-free gambling Wagerworks is the way to go. Helpful well-trained CS on the end of the phone, and I haven't heard of problems with *any* wagerworks casinos.

That is *not* something you can say about Microgaming.

A couple of the 'reputable' microgaming groups like to ignore player emails until they post in a forum like this whereupon they suddenly become very helpful to maintain their name.

Although your problem will be resolved if you know to post it on here, if you had played at Wagerworks you would not have had the problem in the first place - these casinos are a model of good management.

Cryptologic is mostly very good as well (generally better than Microgaming if you don't count the Peak group which has been responsible for a lot of crappiness).

Wagerworks is good, but not entirely hassle-free either. Last month Virgin Games took several weeks and numerous e-mails to credit a 20 bonus. One of the casinos, I think At the Races, had sticky bonuses for a while, and after I lost the bonus and made a deposit, part of my own deposit became non-withdrawable. This again took weeks to resolve. I had login problems at some casinos, and withdrawals were refused without explanation, even after I had sent in the necessary documents.
