Issues with Unibet verification/payout

Hey guys,

I need some help from you experts!
Has anyone else had any issues with Unibet about account verification?
They are not accepting any documents from me and I still have over 15k on my account.

What should I do or what have you guys done in situation like this?

I have sent them 3 bills, passport and passport+my face.
Before when there was no money included my passport and bill were accepted and now they refused everything and are not accepting any document I sent to them.
Any ideas guys?

Surely they should at least give an explanation why they are not accepting the documents.

Have you previously self- excluded at any of the following sites?:

I would have suggested telephoning them, but they don't appear to have a phone number.

What reasons have they gave? Theres a unibet rep on here, have you contacted them?
 
I have been contacting support by chat and email few times, but they just keep giving me those auto template answers.
When I ask why my documents were first approved and then denied they say:
"to verify your account we need crystal clear photo of your..."

When I ask what wrong with my documents, I think the quality is good and I can't get any better ones.

I will attach photo of my passport with details hidden of course, but just for you guys to see the quality. What do you think?

Colin could be right. Some of these verification systems are automated, so you won't get a clear explanation of what is wrong, just an automated email saying the same thing.

I had this problem elsewhere, which took a phone call to sort out, it could be that your photos don't comply with the precise criteria, like 'all four corners showing'.

Also, when your withdrawal is over a thousand or two, you must sometimes provide enhanced verification. Which might explain why you have been asked to reverify.

It is more likely to be a 'computer says no' thing, rather than any skullduggery on the casino's part.

I would understand that they would check normal verification like passport and bill with automated systems like for example Neteller is doing(if I remember right)
But as I told you earlier they even asked me to send photo of me holding my passport close to my face. Never heard about verification like this and I think it's a bit extreme.
I felt so disgraced sending them this, but anything to get my money..And yes, I had my face and passport with all corners on the picture. I can attach that as well..

Ed where did you have this problem? Did you ever contacted MGA about this or you just sorted it out with them?
 
Near face ID is quite common, its extremely annoying, but I wouldn't worry about it.
I can guarantee that passport photo would fail most casinos though as all 4 corners aren't showing, I suggest you re do it and send another one over.
 
@ Hans60 : contrary to the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures you've continued to post regarding your PAB. I'll assume that you can handle things yourself from this point on and cancel your PAB accordingly. Next time please don't waste my time: either respect our PAB rules or find somewhere else to take your issue(s).

Hey @maxd I am very sorry about this.
After I got confirmation to my email about PAB I replied that " Can you please cancel this, I will still try to negotiate this with them".
Still trying to figure out how this site is working and I had no idea that my PAB was posted.
And again sorry for wasting your time with this.

I sorted it out with them, after a phone call, it was with the betsson group but I don't want to knock them because other than that they have treated me very well.

Best listen to Max and not post anymore on this thread. I hadn't realised you were in PAB, sorry! :)
 
It would help if casino staff gave proper advice to players so that they don't end up in an endless loop making a minor mistake that they have absolutely no idea is actually the cause of the rejection, like a single missing corner that contains nothing of note regarding the document itself.

Sometimes it's nothing to do with the visual clarity, but the dpi of the image, they like 300 dpi and above, and not too savage a compression when the image is converted into a jpeg. If using a scanner, it will see this as a "document" and default to something like 150dpi, and you need to force the scanner to class the document as a "photo" in order to get out a 300dpi image. Poor quality cameras can also produce a degraded image likely to get rejected. Bad lighting can also cause a photo of a document to get rejected as this can make part of the image unclear.

I use daylight and no flash, I have not yet had one like this rejected.
