OK so here is my story, I feel like I wont see these funds right now after reading stories here and having this casino tossing me around.
1. The more I played the higher my requirements became for comp points, new account was 100comps per $1 and after several deposits and loads of plays it got bummed up to 500comps per $1 due to management decision per support excuse.
2. I made deposit via neteller, in fact all my deposits.. then I nearly won back all my initial losses due to previous deposits and requested a withdrawal in 3 parts to my neteller. After 5days of pending it went through to processed and I get an email stating they send the funds via BANKDRAFT.
This made me furious, I contacted support and they said they have the right per their terms to withdraw my funds with any method that they decide.. Firstly: It cost me alot to convert the bankdraft in South Africa, secondly: it takes forever to get here, will probably take 30-40days, thirdly: Why cant they just withdraw to my neteller account that I deposited with, thats what I requested? Its faster, cheaper and all around more pleasant for everyone.. this bankdraft doesnt make sense.
All I suspect atm is that they "make the withdrawal via bankdraft" in hopes I forget about it eventually and that they actually never make the payout? I had such an issue with casino del rio long ago and cant believe this might just happen again to me.
If there is any carnival casino reps in this forum, pm me or get in contact with me, this whole situation made me want to vommit from start to finish.
