Can anyone from the industry confirm if this is the standard now, or just cos LeoVegas use AI to verify card details?
They're demanding I upload my card with all numbers showing, not just the front, less four numbers and CVV on the back obscured/redacted. Surely giving them a picture of all the details is dangerous baring in mind a few casinos have lost personal details (though cannot find the link to this on the forum), and all 'assurances' from the Live Chat agent ain't gonna change my mind.
I very rarely play at LeoVegas so no loss, just found my account today locked.
