Is the 32Red Dish of the Day the same for everyone?

I got a 50% bonus last Tuesday. But ever since then all I've had is an offer of 25% every day
Would it make a difference that I completed the WR and cashed-out last week on the 50% bonus.
Or has everyone only been getting 25% lately

You do not have to deposit that amount and can do less, Or do you mean you get a bigger amount you can deposit ?

Yes, It is prorated if I deposit less, but I can deposit a bigger amount

Monday: 50% up to 100
Saturday: 25% up to 50
Friday: 100% up to 100
Thursday: 50% up to 100
Wednesday: 10% up to 20
Tuesday: 100% up to 100
Monday: 25% up to 50

I think they have a more personalized DOTD since they introduced the new rules a few months back.

From less then 24 hrs for payouts and that 24/7 just about 1 year ago to presently 5 days to process a withdrawal, are they sending messengers on horses to hand over the dosh to players or why do they need so long?

CM still advertises "within 24hrs" for payouts, that has still not been changed although it is clearly not the case anymore!!!

No, she didn't say that. She said she started playing Thursday evening so I doubt she cashed out directly.
Besides she is around 8 hours after in time so it was already Friday for them.

It should probably have been processed yesterday, but wasn't for some reason we don't know.

Nice to see that others still get the DOD.

For me, it completely vanished, where it showed the dod before theres now a banner for 32redmobile.

Think they must have excluded me due to my wins there. CS just told me they are on individual basis and I should be informed via email once theres one available, as i told the rep you must have excluded me she said no and seemed like she didnt understand my point.

Anyway, always bad if casinos punish you for winning, i made regular (small) depos @ 32red since years, and yes was overly up there all the time, after my last cashout they decided i was winning too often.

What a pitty, i liked the casino, will still come back and play with cash only but am a little disappointed by them

I would have been processed on Monday, don't worry. the Viper banking is just a little behind. You'll have it on Wednesday at a guess a 48-hour standard banking time. If you go to the banking now it will say processed. As for the '24 hours' in the accredited information, that is correct and you just have to add the 'no weekend cash-outs' factor into it. The 24 hours only really applies to cash-outs made between approx. 3PM GMT Sunday to Thursday. Anything on Thursday late afternoon/Friday AM effectively has a 72-hour pending. So you did your cash-out at the worst possible time for 32red's system.

Agreed there has been a lot of 25%'s lately but surely that's better than 10% or even Nowt!

Strange one happened Friday gone, logged in early morning to check with a deposit in mind for later that day and it was showing 50%.

'Later that day' arrived and I went to make my deposit and it had changed to 100%, buzzin to say the least and the £250 cash out on top made my day!

But if they exclude you or only give smaller bonuses after a win, then fair enough, I'll deposit my money elsewhere.
Amongst the dozen or so casinos I regularly deposit at, there's usually at least one, offering a decent bonus, on any given day.

The only DOTD related e-mails I get from 32 Red are when the offer is 100%, usually informing me of the 'cap' too

Sorry to have derailed a thread about dish of the day. I did not intend to start a 323Red Casino bashing (I did post that I have a family member who gets the same % as me, the only difference is I have the opportunity to get the bonus on a larger deposit amount- so I did post something relevant)

I am 6 hours behind UK time.

There is a glitch in the system and even today, my withdrawals show as work in progress as of 9:30am Tuesday (3:30pm UK time)

I have heard back from both Jonathan and Pat and have been assured that my withdrawal was processed "Monday at 17:00 UK time" which is 10am (4pm UK time) so I should see my money on my card later today or tomorrow.

Monday would have been my cashout time which states 24 hrs (It was processed at 10am (4pm UK time)- I just can't see it in my casino client- so that is 10 hours)

It is not ideal. I wish they still flushed. I wish they still did weekend cashouts. I wish I could have seen "processed" in my casino client Monday morning or evening.
From my perspective last night, seeing work in progress all Monday was very disheartening, but I am glad they reached out to me because if I had not been made aware today, seeing work in progress today (Tuesday) would have set my head spinning and make me think I had done something wrong or was being investigated.

I have $5,000 on the way I get to pay some bills, buy myself some nice things and have a nice bankroll for more future play

Yep, it does it this on all 3 on mine, 32red/GL and Nedplay.

I got so fed up I simply deleted the icons and re-downloaded the casinos which sorted the problem. It doesn't take long as 95% of the MGS stuff is still on your PC and when you re-download them they simply detect you have an account and autofill your username and password etc.

32red has been poor lately - if I click too fast on it to kill all the pop-ups and pointless windows that appear when opening it up then 'Viper Component isn't working press to close' appears and I have to reopen it. Some reason this doesn't happen at all on GL but occasionally on Nedplay.

Then today my Norton Security suddenly decided the 3 casinos were all 'threats' and wouldn't let me open them! When I re-downloaded Norton was fine!

I think much of the issues nowadays with both MG downloads AND problems with Oddsmatrix/QF/Netent are to do with the dratted WIN8.1 OS plus the new IE having built-in flash which clearly produces far more issues than the old system of updating Adobe FP separately.

I did use to play at 32red every day with both deposits for DOTD and also plenty of straight non bonus deposits. I obviously used to wager something like £10k-£30k a month on the slots for the slotmeister competition and I was a bit surprised in Jan to be kicked out of Club Rouge.

Since then my deposits have gone right down and I think I have dropped from Club Rouge to Silver Tier as really there is little incentive to play their anymore given the slow payout processing when other casinos can process withdrawals instantly.

Yeah, the thing is i got a bonus round which paid about £48, which took my balance back up to almost where i started, so I played a few other slots without really thinking about it.
It was only when I returned to TSII and I noticed my balance dropping so quick that I realised i was autoplaying on £1.50. by then I only had about £50 left, and couldn't manage to recoup my loss. But I had gone through more than half the wagering, lol

Do you have more then 1 viper-client in your RAM ? Otherwise try to delete the content of the MUPDB folder in the casinos installation file.
