I had hoped that slotocash would continue its good run as one of the few trustworthy RTGS- sadly I find that it appears to be pulling the old no documents routine whenever you try to cashout on a weekend- I do know security docs are required- which is why they were sent on my first cashout there- I also resent them when invited to be a VIP in June. In August i made a cashout and got the no doc's routine and resent them and the the payout was made- I tried to cashin on friday night and yes I once again got the we haven't recieved docs routine from support- I cut and pasted them there previous payout email and confirmation and resent then the docs for the fourth time and copied and pasted the email header to the chat lady (who hung up on me!)-
Now either there security of document retention is woefull or this is the old RTG dics runaround- once might be accepted but three times is strecthing the coincidence a bit far= perhaps miss sloto could look into the standards being used
Certainly one way to lose a player if you have to risk your ID every time you make a cashout
