Is slotocash RTG starting to pull the old RTG delay tactiscs

I had hoped that slotocash would continue its good run as one of the few trustworthy RTGS- sadly I find that it appears to be pulling the old no documents routine whenever you try to cashout on a weekend- I do know security docs are required- which is why they were sent on my first cashout there- I also resent them when invited to be a VIP in June. In August i made a cashout and got the no doc's routine and resent them and the the payout was made- I tried to cashin on friday night and yes I once again got the we haven't recieved docs routine from support- I cut and pasted them there previous payout email and confirmation and resent then the docs for the fourth time and copied and pasted the email header to the chat lady (who hung up on me!)-

Now either there security of document retention is woefull or this is the old RTG dics runaround- once might be accepted but three times is strecthing the coincidence a bit far= perhaps miss sloto could look into the standards being used

Certainly one way to lose a player if you have to risk your ID every time you make a cashout
 
Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.
I had a small cashout awhile back, I'd waited a couple days and when I contacted support they told me that I'd need to send docs too. I told them I'd done that and been approved before ever playing there, they then got me to hang on for a bit and when they came back they said they found my docs at the DesertNights (database?) and that I was good to go. I thought it was odd because I'd sent docs to both Sloto AND Desertnights and my docs were approved by both. It didn't really leave me with warm fuzzies, but because it was my first withdrawal, I figured there would be a few hiccups, but to be honest if I had to go through it whenever I made a withdrawal, I'd be getting a little cheesed off too.

Hopefully Ms. Sloto can fix it for you so you'll have smooth sailing from now on, she's a pretty active rep here and seems to get right on top of any player issues.
 
While its too early to say whether these are delaying tactics at best their system of identifying which players are verified isnt functioning well and this isnt what we expect from an accredited casino. I believe Ms Sloto should come out and explain all this as well as giving a reassurance that all verified players need not go through this hassle again.
 
As another interesting point the last time this happened in August - I received a phone call to my mobile the following day from a slotocash rep apologizing and having a talk- seems they don't keep records of there PR or Goodwill followup either.

I also note that subsequent to that I had a cash out on a weekday 18th September and it was in my neteller account on the 19th- no delays and no questions-the no docs routine seems to be a standard support weekend cash out only issue!
 
Wouldnt know, I've had worse luck at slotocash and desert nights than any other casino I've ever played at. Out of probably 100 deposits between the two, not a single cashout. Good customer service but definitely the worst gameplay return I've experienced in many many years. Thumbs down

Looks like since being separate sites but the same operator their database's aren't connected and although you sent your doc's to both sites, one was lost and the other was found.

If a player wasn't as knowledgeable as you by knowing they were connected then they'd have to resend and verify again.

Simple solution would be archived doc. approval viewable by all sites within the group.

If you have problem with any of assistant on live chat or so it would be good idea send message to rep on casinomeister here as they are higher level than those assistant on live chat or in email. Which is why one of rep noticed your post and thought it might be good idea if you send private message to that rep and rep will look up for you. Hopefully you get it sorted out soon. I remember i withdrew some winnings last month and sloto-capital paid me whitin 10mintues to neteller, so i just have really nice experiences with them :) although i do not play very much (rival, rtg) maybe i should more :D
 
I'm a USA player and I just started to play on SLOTOCASH casino. Been playing real cash deposit with no bonus, hopefully when I take a withdrawal It wouldn't be to hard. I hope SLOTOCASH accept USA player with the same standard as any other.

I don't presume to know anything about the financial working of Sloto Rival/RTG but I can tell you this. I have been playing at Sloto Rival since they came online and Ms Sloto has always gone above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smoothly for players.

She's pretty on top of things in my book.

She's awesome, so I hesitate to say this, but I think it's time to start watching this group a bit. I'm still awaiting my 9/20 approved withdrawal, which one of the cashier staff stated had left their accounts and would be in mine last week. Which it was (and is) not. I don't want to be overly critical of the group, and certainly not of Ms Sloto, but out of my last few withdrawals, I haven't had any go smoothly. I believe it'll arrive eventually, but the waiting is starting to wear on my patience.

Waiting for "approved" wire transfer of payout to reach my bank

This was my 1st win and payout from SlotoCash and I am waiting to receive the funds. The payout request was approved on Sept 27th and I received an email stating my payout was "processed" on Oct 1 for Wire Transfer. Last Friday (Oct 5) I PM'd Ms Sloto to ask if she knew the wait time for Wire Transfers. She replied stating 7 business days, but they are "experiencing delays in processing". {{sigh}}
I've heard this before. But she said she would check to see if she could get an ETA and get back with me the next day. Haven't heard back from her even after PMing her again over the weekend.
 
:rolleyes: I love these constant reminders WHY I won't dep into an RTG

They're not all bad - I'd highly reccomend iNetBet, BUT their email support (no live chat/telephone) leaves a bit to be desired. That said, I've never had any issues with getting paid/replies to support emails.

I'm not too keen on RTG as a software though, I like a few games, Mystic Dragon, Paydirt, Loose Caboose and Paydirt, but I do feel that they seem very tight to me :(
 
Just as posted in another thread, these wire transfers issues aren't directly related to Slotocash. It's the processor themselves. Slotocash has proven to me and apparently people outside of the US. They can meet there deadlines to non-wire methods. It's just the processor is screwing them over. As far as I can see, there a pretty solid operation financially.
Heck they even opened up a 3rd casino for there group operating WGS software. I'm pretty excited to see there new casino in action this weekend.
I really wish people would stop comparing this issue to the ones set forth by CWC and Rushmore. I really don't' think this is a case of slow cashier. As most people will see at least the Rep, Customer Service, and the cashier are responding. It's just a matter of nudging the processor along.

And if you're lucky enough to cash out, then you have to deal with processors vanishing with your money or these interminable delays. ack...thinking about it is going to give me nightmares.

It gets very old - and payout difficulties is one of the reasons I just don't play much anymore. 3 out of 5 withdrawals this year - averaging $350 or so each- each from different casinos, have gotten tangled up and required waiting and followups. I never had to deal with that before UIGEA and it really dampens any interest in playing online.

But I don't worry about Sloto paying up - I have confidence they will. I truly think they're having processor problems. Wires to the states have got to be the very worst to try to get through.
 
Still waiting for my delayed payout from Sloto

I pm'd Ms Sloto and her response was the same as the email I received from James at Sloto after I got her reply. Ms Sloto and James stated that they are experiencing delays in payment processing of wire transfers for US players. Ms Sloto said I should get my money sometime next week. Yep, I'm holding my breath...

It's not just Sloto but I also had a larger payout from Bovada from 9/21. I received that check on 10/1 but check was returned by my bank as fraudulent because they could not verify the info with the issuing party. Now I'm going through hell with them to get my funds. I just got am email stating they issued a stop payment on the check and when that's confirmed they'll put my winnings back in my casino account and then...
I'll have to start the payout request all over again!!!!

Lucky me!!

Wire withdrawal

I Just initiated a wire withdrawal from Desert Nghts yesterday, i will post once it is approved and also when received.

I hear what everyone says about the wire withdrawals taking longer to the US but from recent posts it seems that 2-4 weeks to get paid out is the average, this unfortunately is not what players expect from an accredited casino with or without processor problems, i think most US players would be happy with a few extra days from the norm! but extra weeks are dissapointing

Here's hoping that my wire won't be held up by their Processors!

As for play value at Desert Nights & Sloto i have found them to be considerably better than the average RTG

Happy to Report I received the bank wire

I chose to try Desert Nights simply because we are very limited in the US and they were CM approved. Have had some luck and made a nice withdrawal. After a little bit of inconsistent customer service, it was approved and processed. Whole process from cashout to receiving bank wire - two weeks. I had pm'd Sloto just to make here aware of the customer service issues - don't know if that helped speed things along. I will continue to play there.
 
I just sent Ms Sloto a PM as my Desert nights wire withdrawal initiated on 10/15 is still awaiting review.

Plese watch your accounts like a hawk!) I do not know if this will affect wires coming in to customers at those banks.
 
according to the Accredited page they payout in 24 hours?

Processing time

I received a PM from Georgina today that she will look into my withdrawal request, my 72 hours is up in about 8 hours, i also noticed that in the accredited casino section it says 24 hours for processing and 24 hours for payout, maybe this needs updating as the Desert Nights site does say clearly 24-72 hours and from posts it seems that 72 is nearer the mark.

No problems with the Casino just a bit too slow on the processing side
 
Received e-mail today that wire has been processed, a little over the 72 hours but i can live with that. will advise on when wire hits my account.

This has not yet reached my bank account - for some reason, wires generally take 7 business days to show up in my account. If it has not been received by Friday, I will contact MsSloto again.

However, for those not aware, many US bank websites have been under DoS attacks, and hacking attacks are projected to begin soon (if they haven't already). (See my post in the Internet section. Plese watch your accounts like a hawk!) I do not know if this will affect wires coming in to customers at those banks.

My account that I use ONLY for games was hacked in early September, the bank changed my account number,and the hackers have already found the new number in October--account closed again and awaiting another new number. I fear that if this keeps happening the bank will say "no more", but so far they have been very vigilant!

It seems that a small charge, the first was about 69cents, will be sent through under some legitimate sounding name to test the site and then a charge will be made. The first charge sent to my account was listed as some dentist name from Virgina, USA. When I checked the internet I find that it was a real name of a real dentist, but from Oregon, USA. A thousand dollar charge was made after the first test run. Fortunately the bank was alerted and cancelled the charge. The banks are suspicious of these small charges.

Now this month, a second attempt has been made. A 72 cent charge has been sent through from a Radiology Doctor from Ashland Tennessee. In checking the name, I find her in "The Dalles", again in Oregon. hmmm!

The bank was really on their toes this time and called me, and have changed the number again. Of course I cannot use the account until my new card arrives and is verified---AGAIN!

So---YES---keep your heads up and verify, verify!

For those unaware,

Sloto usually pays fast. I have never had issues with them. They always paid my WD's to NeTeller within 24hours.

One thing to note is that EACH Wd has a pending period of 24hours. If you make another WD on top of a pending WD, The NEW Wd will need to stay pending for 24 hours and will not get processed with the 'older' Wd... if you catch my drift :p

I am sad to say that yet again cashed out on a Sunday and have again received the stupid pending cash out you need to send verify documents again. Quite frankly this is the fourth time and I have sent support there email confirming the verification from last time- I also note that my prior cashout made during the week was not an issu- so I ask the question again that started this thread re this being a weekend approach only- not good enough!!!!
