So I've been wating for a $2000 payment since the 9th.

Never had to wait more than 3 days for a payout from them.
(Yes I'm verified etc etc..)

My last email I got from them was this:

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #783546 with the following response:
Dear Steve,
Thank you for contacting us.
We apologize for this delay, please stay assured that soon you will be informed regarding your funds.
Thank you for your patience. It is very much appreciated.
Regards

I should aslo add, that it has been "Verified" since the 9th.. (as in, non-reversable)

It's my understanding that they had a processor issue, which has since been resolved. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/60073/ It may have led to a backlog, but they have been a solid group. What day was that email sent? And what day and by what method was your withdrawal?

MsSloto https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/ has always been helpful, have you sent her a pm to see if perhaps you slipped through the cracks somehow?

I doubt that a large group like this would have been as forthcoming about the nature of the issue if they were truly in financial straights. Worth watching though to see if they repeatedly encounter problems. I would hope that US processor issues would not affect players in other countries. $2,000 is not a large sum for a casino.

I sent a few emails actually - both late last week.. The 9th was when it went to "Authorized status" and It's just being put back on Skrill..

I'll give it a few more days before I start to panic.

It's funny how It takes less than 12hours to get a bank wire from 32red for $3200.. But it takes how long to get it from Here? And to think it will be another who knows how long for Skrill to wire it back to my card.. FFS!!
I do know better than this.. But I had a craving for RTG- don;t ask why

My honest guess is that Slotocash has themselves more setup for being aimed at US players. I'm sure they all sorts of funds sitting with there wire transfer partner.
Trust me your not the first, nor I would assume would be the last to complain about the length of time for a withdrawal to process to an eWallet. I'm going to take another guess that they keep minimal cash in eWallets. So your waiting time is more than likely on them waiting to get the funds to pay you into the wallet.
Then again they just had a wire processor issue. So that may have also created more headache time for you.
Hopefully you'll get paid in time. I've always gotten paid, not always within the most reasonable of times, but at least payments have been coming in at least.

from accredited page:
Reverse Time: 24 hrs
Cashout Time: 24 hrs
Payout Limits: There is a daily withdrawal limit of $2000. All payout's over $2,001 will be paid out via instalments not exceeding $2,000 per week for your first withdrawal and thereafter $4000 per week or as per mutual agreement with his/her personal account manager.
the most interesting that nobody from them coming here and trying to explain anything. Silence.

Yes since Georgina left, the new rep hasn't been very forum friendly.
Mostly responding to PMs, but not making any new public posts or replying to posts in public.
Otherwise, I've made a suggestion to update the payout time in the accredited section. As they have updated there withdrawals page to reflect a 72 hour payout time frame window now.
Which sometimes apparently they can't even make that mark.

6 months ago or so payments to wallets were made within 48 hours and at most 72 hours. There were weekend payments too. They ensured the payments to USA players were made timely sometimes within a week. When an odd payment slipped through the proverbial crack they did their utmost to ensure the player got paid again quickly. Its not the same now. Its regular to see 2 or even 3 weeks payment and when asked they would shrug their shoulders citing they will check but payments will not necessarily be hastened. My own guess is they are having financial problems just like Rushmore but they haven't as yet turned rogue yet. Cashouts are definitely being delayed though.

first pay after 5 days

i have to comfirm they paid me this morning my first installment of 2000,

its been years ago since i have been waiting for a 5 day to get paid to ewallet... now have to wait another week to get paid the other..

also not so happy after several tries to reach the reps from their casino and not able to speak to and no responses..

all this together seems iam not happy it just not feels good..a big win doesnt feel like a big win with those kinda way of paying installments..

also they didnt let me withdraw funds when u have 2 withdraws or more..

it was very tempting when u won big and thinks its easy to hit it again.. so i tried and ofcourse the remaining funds in lobby lost.. so the trick worked appearantly. yeah i know my weakness.. thats why i avoid places like this in past .. lesson learned..

Hi All

This was due to an internal error, Skrill account got locked and the withdrawal was perceived to be processed but nobody picked it up. I am getting this issue resolved right now.

Regards

Ms Sloto

yes, they have...

...i got the same problem some months ago with Miami Club and Slots Capital Casino (look at thread: what´s wrong with deckmedia?)
but finally i got my money,.......but now the same problem with Spartan Slots Casino; i made a pay out request about 250,00 on the 10th and got no replay , the chatt always told me the same Story,.....sorry for delay and so on,.....
I think now it´s time to think about the Reputation of this Casino Group and casinomeister should think about the accredidation.........
following the last chatt: 17:40:37 Operator Alysa joined the chat
17:40:39 Alysa : Hello, how are you?

17:44:36 Alysa : I will be with you in just a moment. Thank you for your patience.

17:48:13 Alysa : Thomas, we are sorry for the delay occurred
17:48:42 Alysa : We will send a request to the Financial Department and you will be replied as soon as possible
17:48:55 Alysa : Thank you for your patience and understanding .
17:49:10 thomas kober: i heard the same three months ago

17:50:54 Alysa : Thomas , this is about international transaction
17:51:05 Alysa : And it implies a longer timeframe
17:51:28 Alysa : Stay assured that your withdrawal will be taken care of
17:51:40 Alysa : We are really sorry for any smooth delay appeared
17:52:09 thomas kober: ok

schnuggi, PM me your username and I will look into it for you. We are experiencing delays with international wires, and you are correct we had the same problem in the past and found a resolution. You can rest assured we always pay our members, I do however understand how frustrating it is and we continually add new measures to avoid such issues.

i also wait a withdraw winnings from my big hit on vulcan slot.. withdraw made 18th dec...as i read many complains with other players now.. certainly underfunded.. as on the website it has now changed from 4k withdraw to 2k withdraw a week... soon or later it will be 500 a week

Who is the new "Ms Sloto" if Georgina is gone? Anyone know her name? Or even if it is a "her"?

Thanks,
Diane

If our hunches are correct ie Slotocash is seriously underfunded one Georgina wont solve the problem. Serious gamers are advised to avoid this group in the meantime as practically everyone who cashes out irrespective of amount are given the runaround. This is a clear sign of financial problems and reminds me of Rushmore. Not quite there yet but close. I dare the rep to come out and rebut me.

Don't know if this is related cause I don't play at Sloto but I made a withdrawal at SunSet Slots. The previous withdraw of $1,500 was paid in under 10 hours to Neteller. But the $500 was tied up for days. Apparently Rival had Neteller issues and it took 4 days to sort it out.

They are not related at all.
Both are suppose to use their own processors so I don't understand what Rival has to do with it...or I have misunderstood and Sunset slots are still a white label. Are they not in the BoF?

SunsetSlots are trying to be accredited, when I deposited there using NetEller it said Pantasia as processor. I think that Pantasia is Rival's own processor.

I was waiting for you to reply :D

You're right. That's Rivals processor so Sunset slots are a White label then.

Until now, I have always thought that only WL-casinos use Rival's own processor. However, their rep claims that they are not a White Label. He managed to give me bonuses, which WL usually can't. After this, a few other Rival casinos have given me bonuses as well. :)

So either they are a stand alone casino, or their rep are lying to us and Bryan. Many things points on the White Label theory but I don't want to think that they lie. Maybe their rep can clarify this with Pantasia once and for all? To this I would like to add that their cashout went really smooth as well.

To the issue with Deckmedia now:

I don't think that they are short with cash, this is not the first time they are having trouble with processors. Personally, I would not play there atm. They need to explain this first. I remember when they used Winward/Rich Casino's processor, that wasn't great either.

All White label casinos decides for themself if they want to follow Rivals guidelines regarding bonuses.
Some lifted my ban some didn't, but when it comes to bonuses that's what I've been told by a rep for Rival so it must be true.

Hi All

I have just seen this thread and please accept my apologies for not handling this sooner.

There are a few different admin issues going on over the holiday period, but I can assure you all members will receive their withdrawals. There are no cash issues, just annoying miscommunication and banking problems that we always manage to overcome.

Regarding the ewallets on Rival casinos, we had an issue with automated payments, so these will all be done manually today.

Best Regards

With due respect, this is the sort of excuse that you have churned out for the past few months. 2 weeks ago when I asked on the whereabouts of my 30 cashout live chat had no clue and only promised they would forward the query to finance. I never got a reply but did get the dough in my e-wallet several days later. I asked live chat because I had waited a week lol. I am sorry but I don't really buy into this excuse. I hope you can prove me wrong by expediting all payments in future within the time frame as pledged. Otherwise, players may seek to call into question your accreditation status.

I spoke to my contact there as well a few weeks back; he confirmed that Sunset is NOT a white label, but they have chosen to use Rival's processing.
I presume this is only for non-USA players as I'm 99.99% sure Rival would not get involved with paying Americans themselves.

[/derail - sorry!]

HIGHIQ, please PM me your username

Regards

Ms Sloto

This is kinda troubling and it suggests making sure the players here get paid to keep this forum quiet. We have indeed seen this before. It would be interesting if HIGHIQ does not PM his username to see how long it would take for him to get paid. That would give a more realistic picture of whats going on.

just pm'd so lets see..

bigjohn, I can see why you thought that but nobody was waiting 10 days in the payment queue so I figured this related to a different case and sure enough it does.

All members that were waiting for ewallet payments were playing on our Rival Casinos, with exception of HIGHIQ and I have just replied to their PM in relation to their case.

All players that were waiting on Rival have now been manually paid.

Yes indeed - I was waiting my withdrawal from Slots capital since last Thursday - didn't pm - received my money today.

The wire transfer showing completed on 12/14 still has not hit my account.
Chat was not helpful on Friday and said they would have finance e-mail me. No word from Them.
Slotto indicated on saturday that she would check on it Monday morning, no word from her yet.

Happy New Year !

That's exactly what they told me 2 weeks ago. In the end though they paid they never accounted for the delay. No matter how they strenuously deny, there is little doubt that they are currently underfunded.
