Is anyone being given the runaround by Slotocash?

It is very strange to me indeed, but I can't seem to get any consistent information from slotocash support about my verification of my documents. I respect and don't mind the fact that slotocash and their affliates ask for verification of your information after the first one or two deposits. I am always happy to do this because they will give you a No Deposit bonus of $25 for doing so and no, I didn't request a withdraw.

It is a long story so I will just say that recently I have had to reverify and resend my verification documents for a third time. The first two times, they called me and we talked and all was well, this third time however, support won't call me, they won't review my documents, they suspended all of my deposit options, they promise they will look at my documents within 24 hours and don't, when I contact them through chat they say they didn't get them (even after emailing them to two different email addresses that they provided), then promise again to look at what I resent a 6th time, and basically getting the cold shoulder. Today in chat I was now told, get this.... my card is stolen. How can this be, when this card is mine as it is clearly evidenced by my verifcation documents.

Here is what I think it is..they are having processor problems and cannot admit that this may be their problem. My next guess is going to be that withdraws will be delayed for players. Slotocash was really on the ball until recently. Maybe it is just a temporary problem. This whole thing is just plain odd and makes me remember alot of the posts I have read where the subtle early signs of casino failure in hindsight were there.

But let's get serious here, I just want the $25 bonus chip in my account and my account verified.

It sounds quite unsatisfactory to me.

Documents seem to be a forwarding excuse for delays although to be fair let's hear from the OC.

It took me a while and approximately 3 tries with verification docs a year or so ago with them, but everything has been fine since then. Getting a deposit to actually go through the past few weeks, though, has not been working. I know it must be a nightmare for the workers dealing with constant processor issues at any online casino these days.
 
Mrs Sloto (Georgina) Please need transaction numbers

I have been PMing you but think your box is full. The transaction numbers that you are giving me from the processing company are for the charges. I need the transaction numbers for the returns that were issued on 11/28. The processing company recieves a transaction number when they take a charge as well as when they return a charge is what my bank is saying. So we need the transaction numbers for the returns that they said they issued on 11/28.
