hi guys,
read cm newsletter the other day, i saw intertops as new member. they were giving $50 as sign up bonus. i came on this site, used the link off cm to register. put 50 in, and nothing in my account as bonus. it says on web site 12 hours for bonus. so after 24 hours, i decided to e-mail them, well 2 days later and not a single reply. tried phoneing them, line dead at my end?? looked in my account today, this is now 3 days after registering, still no bonus. i can see problems with this casino for you bryan. they just do not respond to e-mails. going to play with my 50.00. then just withdraw. i think i am wasting my time with these?

as a new MG casino i cant wait to play there and will represent my first new casino account in 3 months, however with all new casinos i sure there will be teething troubles so i will be holding off till these are sorted out.

I sent them two emails on 29th September.

They have not replied to either.

I don't know much about them, but I got the impression they were a good outfit...

So I'm not really sure why they haven't responded.

Took them 3 days to answer to my email. But got a reply. By the way the bonus is up to 50$ not up to 50 so that may be the case?

They aren't a new MG - they've been around for years.
 
Intertops casino

I also signed up after seeing this offer at Gonegambling.com. After four days and three emails all unanswered I called the support number and asked why I didn't get the bonus. She went on about how it was supposed to be automatic and couldn't understand the problem. She said she would look into the problem and email me within one hour. I then told her about the previous three unanswered emails and asked if she was sure she would contact me and I was assured she would in one hour. That was 24 hours ago and you guessed it, still no bonus and more importantly no reply. I farted around with my deposit a bit then withdrew my original deposit out of disgust. They better pray to God that I get paid is all I can say. After that I wash my hands of this dump.

You probably won't, since you didn't meet their wager requirements. :lolup:
All jokes aside... They just got accredited and they're already on their way to the ranks of the rogue. We shouldn't need CM's intervention to get a signup bonus.

I just checked the accredited list, and Intertops weren,t there. Not under the accredited casinos section. I'd hold off before I put them there too Bryan. They need to get on this forum and start addressing these complaints about unanswered emails.
 
If I hadnt spotted the fake ad ie 'punkmeister casino',I would have thought that 'intertops' was the fake judging by their non-responses on the signup bonus.
 
More surprising is the lack of interest they are taking in this board. I thought that was one of the conditions, that accredited casinos deal with concerns aired on here

I'm just getting into this this now. Upper managemnet was notified about this problem on Friday when this thread appeared, but it's a weekend so this may be exasperating this. I have no idea why some of you are not receiving emails from them or visa versa - spam filters are usually the cause of this, that's one thing you may want to check.

I've been assured that action is being taken at the moment. INtertops is brand new as in being listed here. They are a good operation - I don't understand why anyone is having a problem. If you haven't already, PAB so at least I can forward your account numbers and this will be expedited. Thanks!

Unless the spam filters are on their end, it's unlikely to be the cause of the problem.

I will re-send my two emails and report back in a week (it has already been 10 days).

I have created a mailbox called no-bonus@intertops.com where you could send me your account name or number if you have not received your bonus within the specified time as per the landing page be it for poker (20% up to $100) or casino (100% match up to $50) or sportsbook ($20 free bet)

Got my bonus

After two emails and one phone call to their support, I got an email saying I recevied my bonus today, about a week after I deposited.

I didn't get as far as depositing, just emailed them to make a couple of enquiries. That was the same day as the email went out from CM announcing their addition to the site, and I've heard nothing back. I mailed from my gmail account as well, which is normally pretty good at not blocking things, unless anyone knows differently?

Anyway not a good first impression, if I had a problem with a withdrawal and waited this long without a reply I'd have been straight to PAB, looks like there's something not right here...

Even if gmail blocks it, it'll show as unread in your spam folder....hard to miss.

This is just a quick note to the intertops rep here.

You might ask around if it would be possible to get a live support trough chat, or get more support people to answer emails. It generally takes 28-48 hours to recieve a reply to an email.

dont know about live chat! i e mailed this man with the address he put on here, 7 hours later, not a thing in my account, what is going on with this place? rep comes on here, please e mail i will get the bonus sorted. i e mail straight away, not a thing happening..........just about sick of this hassle now.:confused:
 
There have been more than one MG casinos that take forever to post a bonus. And to be surprised not to get email response from most all MG sites is laughable. They are famous for not responding to emails.

Im sure Intertops is fine. They have been around a long time.

Its just they are like most MG's in that they wont answer email. Im not saying its right but it certainly isnt unusual for MG.

I also emailed this gentleman around 7-8 hours ago and haven't received a reply either. As I stated in my previous post after waiting days to get the bonus and playing a few hundred worth of wagers while waiting decided screw it and cashed out my original deposit. It stated I would see the money back in my Neteller in 48 hours. After over 72 hours I logged into my account this morning and the $50 is I believe back in my Intertops account. I can't be sure because :
A. there is no cashcheck button to check transaction history like at all the other Micros,just a playcheck and pricewaterhouse % button.
B. there is no live support to ask what happened
C.there is nobody to email and ask as they don't reply
D. the phone # lady doesn't know anything and just says she'll look into it and email which leads you back to C. Hahahaha !!!
I don't know what's going on ,what happened to the bonus, why my withdrawal hasn't been processed or even what is going on and there is absolutely no way to find out. I'll just sit here for a few more days and maybe this situation will clear itself up. That's all I can do.

the problem with your withdrawl is mate, when you withdraw money, on your first ever withdrawl, it takes 14 days to lie in your account. so dont worry about your withdrawl, it will be paid, it just takes a lot longer with it being your first cash in. i have eventually recieved the bonus! no help off the rep here though:confused: i eventually got through on the phone, and the woman deposited my 50.

- How do those two statements add up wobble? You signed up on the 4th October, apparently knowing nothing about them and a few days later you are educating spike about the cash in times and assuring him he'll be paid after 14 days - where did that come from?
