Intertops cashout times

I don't normally play at Intertops but i wanted a change so i gave them a go. Had a small cash out of £127 that i deposited through Skrill. I was asked for docs, screen shot of Skrill, passport and bill, fair enough and sent it all off. I wasn't verified until 4 days later. Maybe I'm really spoiled with Guts and others i play at but again, hey ho fair enough.

I then requested my cash out on Monday but i was suprised to see that it was still pending late last night so i asked chat about it.

I was under the impression that Intertops have a 48 hour pending period but i received an email from them and it seems that isn't so. I may be reading this wrong but i was sent an email saying that they were sorry for the miscommunication but the payment process doesn't start until 4 days after the payment request and that i would be paid tommorow.

Is this normal?

I'm not complaining but i just assumed it was a 48 hour pending as stated but still this morning, i am still able to play my winnings.
 
It is not good for 4 days to be verified and that again at least for money to come out or at least not be pending,

I have not played there but they do this for one reason ans we no what reason, To be honest it gets worser by the day, Back in the day there used to be a few sites that was so good and paid withen minutes, Now days its terible

What's annoying me the most is that it states 48 hour pending but still being able to play it 3 days on clearly doesn't support that statement.

I have heard of them and just looking now they are accredited, It beggars believe that they state one thing and do another, For a accredited casino its not good, I really think casinos are taking the piss, and using the meister name and taking advantage, There is no excuse for it and really gets on my nerves when casino have you to ransom, Just goes to show that the new U,K regs does not make a blind bit of difference, al they was after was money in there pocket
 
These guys are incredibly slow for document approval and they seem t want the world. And if its not perfect enough for them they get you to re-send documents which takes numerous more days to get approved or a response.

I have $1000 winnings from a $30 deposit. Once the stall tactics began..I have ceased playing there. Im sure their slowness is in hopes I reverse and start playing again and lose. Well too bad for them. I wont play a single bet until I am approved.
 
intertops is terrible..you should avoid this place like the plaque.. i used there sportsbook a few months back.. and when i went to deposit they asked for my documents. my passport was out of date and they just wouldnt accept it. i pleaded and pleaded with them ... so i had to pay 100£ to renew it ....

and whilst i was waiting for my passport i made a football parlay bet of 80£ in play. .,, and closed the site and used bet365 to check if the bet was winning..(it lost) a few hours later i went back onto intertops and noticed that the site had some sort of error and my original bet had been duplicated meening i lost an extra 80£.

when i spoke to chat they just laughed at me and closed the chat.. and told me i wasnt getting my money back..
i was so peed of with the website and just placed all my money on a bet lost and left the site.. its in my blacklist.

i was treated very badly by this website.
 
Played them years ago when they were on top of their game. A real Dinosaur now in the casino world especially for EU players. Think they used to be MG (could be mistaken) and switched to RTG when our American brothers n sisters got slammed with the US Puritan ban on online gambling.

Tried them about a year or so ago. Terrible experience ... had to re-verify documents. No problem it had been a while. Took them over a week. Gave up in the end and never darkened that door step again. Im sure you will get paid no worrys on that point but from what I recall from my last time they were as responsive as a brick.
 
WOW... Sounds horrible... So how can it be that this site is accredited??? Just wanted to give them a try, but will NOT.

they use the terms and conditions to within an inch and they will not budge on anythin.
the live chat people were like bots and basicily didnt want to know unless they were taking your money.

the site is a shoddy antique looking thing

Not good enough, There is a few sites that need relocating but it does take time, Casinos change terms and become unresponsive & there not bothered about informing this site, Problems only arise when us players get it in the deep end,

I have seen the whole industry gone into shambles in recent years, I must say there has been some good sites what have came on to the market that put a bit of faith back in us,

Just goes to show there not interested in nothing but ££££,

Only today I had a few quid in videoslots, Had to upload some new docs due to using different pay methods, All sorted in about 1 hr? If they can sort out it out than whats the excuse for others?

How is thatbpossible? Asked them

Touch it and then it takes another 48h to be processed.

Sorry I mean after the 48 hrs I have the check over nighted so 3 days not bad! Most often the chat is not up to date and give standard replies if it does take 4 or 5 days they have their butts covered...

Just to let everyone know that this was resolved at the same time the thread was being created (19 March 2015).

The account (jjezebel37) completed the verification process on 16 March 2015, then the payout request was received on that same day, Monday 16 March, and processed on Thursday 19 March 2015.

Can you address the long process for verification and withdrawals?

I finally got verified. Processed a cashout for $673 on Thursdays which gave you guys 48 hours. And its still pending. Im assuming you guys didnt process it because the weekend was coming up so you thought Id go blow it back?

This is not the kind of behavior I appreciate when dealing with casinos.

Im sure its not you personally but tell your managers to quit screwing around and pay people without stalling.

The only thing you guys have done is piss me off where I might not play in your casino.

Well, my turn to test the Intertops waters for a withdrawal.


I requested a withdrawal Friday evening about 7-ish

I requested bitcoin.

Talking to live chat, I was informed I am verified.

Talked to a couple of them at different times and got the feeling it "should"

go smoothly.

They said 48 hours pending (I believe that's business hours)

The last person I spoke with said it will be processed Wednesday, November 2nd.

We shall see............

Oh, also, agree about the money staying in "active status"... sucks.... just leave it alone.

Keep us updated I am curious. I quit playing here right after they stalled me for weeks and left my withdrawal reversible. So just curious if this casino has it together yet.

Probably one of the worst casinos ive ever dealt with tho

I have never has any issues with Intertops and have always gotten paid. I have been with them since they started. So my fingers are crossed lets hope all goes well.
