Intercasino: totally useless CSR

I'm sorry, but this has to be THE dumbest CSR I've met to date: obviously not following the chat AT ALL:

LOL - Frustrating is NOT the word. Sometimes happens when they follow multiple chats at the same time.

That is indeed the problem, well at least half of the problem. They sit there 'chatting' to several customers at one time, obviously getting all submitted info mixed up and getting themselves confused ( if they're even capable of that.. ). Hence the ( sometimes very lengthy ) delays in responding nearly every time you type something.. Seems to happen at the majority of casino's nowadays - Quite sad really, considering they want your money..

Apologies for the delay but wanted to check our chat logs before responding.

This was indeed a technical issue on our side which I'd like to apologise for.
