Instant Cashout Virgin?

Hi everyone,

i had my first cashout today on Virgin (I'm a verified member there). After i requested a withdrawal to Skrill it took exactly 1 minute until it was there... Was i just lucky, or is it really that fast usually? I believed that the 3-4 hours sometimes on 32red are the best that can happen

Nice 1!! - What is insane is that 90% of Casinos are NOT doing it. There are a few good ones but the rest just want you to reverse. Fast Cashouts mean GREAT publicity and returning players. These days I get annoyed if I have to wait more than an hour - I have become so used to getting my money when I click WD.

I think i've had 4-5 cashouts since i play at Virgin, and except the one time where i changed my deposit method before, it was always paid in "seconds". And when i changed the deposit method the support rep told me that now the first cashout will take about 24 hours, so communication was also always perfect. And you have so many different slots and different software, excellent.

Only improvement i see: As example, this week oyu have the "Bonus Buster" thing. I took the BIG500 Bonus 2 days ago, and now (technically) i could just take this one again, but because i wanted to be sure i asked via live chat and they told i'm only allowed to take it once... So maybe you can "update" the system in a way, that it will also technically not be possible to take a bonus a second time if it's not allowed by the rules.
