Hiya: OK, here is what happened, from start to finish. I open a PayLine-Q acct: I deposit the Max $100 into my I net Bet acct; I play, and end up at $354. I send over all my Docs to I net Bet, and start the withdraw process.

Doc's are approved within a hour. I go to banking, and see that there is no withdraw option for Pay Line Q? Fine, i request overnight express. ie. A Check. I get an e mail the next day saying I Net Bet can not send checks to America. They ask me to use another withdraw option. So, i send over the Banking information for Wells fargo, and do another withdraw request, as a bank Wire.

This was on a friday. On Tuesday, i see the money back in my playing balance? I e mail, and am told that Wells fargo did not accept the wire transfer. They ask to try another option, e wallet express or something else. I ask about using my Philippines banking info, or my brotherinlaw Click to pay acct? I am told the Banking option is fine, and as a last resort, they would use click 2 pay.

Since i will change banks in the philippines when i go back, i did not want to use that option. I had my brotherinlaw send over his ID, and click 2 pay acct: info. I sent that, along with my Philippines ID/Drivers license, and requested it be put into his Click 2 pay acct; I went to banking, and made this withdraw attempt.

This morning i get an e mail that it was approved, and the mony is in Phom's acct; Yay. He will now transfer it to my main casino i play at.

So what do we learn from this?
1. Currently Pay Line Q only does deposits, and not withdraws. I net Bet said this will change shortly.
2. Pay Line Q can not help you if you deposit money to a merchant. I already asked them.
3. I net bet took care of me, and I got my winnings.

If you are going to use one of the newer deposit options at a casino, i guess you need to make sure, that the option is also available to use as a withdraw option from the casino. I just assumed it would be, and it was in fact Not. Also, if the casino says they send checks, you need to ask if they send checks to, America? Some Don't, and some used to, but not anymore.

Good Luck to you all.
