made a deposit sunday, sent in faxback form and drivers license too, tried to make a cashout, getting auto-declined because they dont have my forms approved yet. I have emailed them 3 times in the last 3 days, no response. I even PM'd Emily the manager yesterday here, no response. When i had password problems lat week they responded in minutes to get me logged in.... Anyone have any ideas if this place is just dodging me trying to keep me playing rather than doing the right thing and responding and approving my docs so i can get my money?? Im wondering how this casino is accredited yet theyre unresponsive. Please help, anybody! thank you in advance.



In my post just above I stated I was waitng on 4 days. Well it ended up taking a few more days because I had sent incomplete info and apparently they couldn't open any email I was sending becasue they were 14MB in size with all my attachements. I finally broke them down into three emails under 5MB in size and they were able to complete the request. It was frustrating waiting for them to keep getting back to me (send one wait for response, send one wait for reaponse, etc etc ). Anyway, it was completed... now I hope my money comes fairly quickly!
