Resolved Bc.game unhelpfull after free spins did not play

Hello

I played at bc.game on the slot 50 lions and won a bonus game.
The bonus game did not play so i contacted support by email.
They emailed back it would take 1 up to 4 weeks to investigate with the slot provider.
In the meanwhile i tried to get some updates but their support by email is non excistent unless yoi go to live chat wich are also hard to reach then they ask for a follow up on email team and then you get a robotic answer back by email please wait.
I emailed another few times no response they are just hoping i let it go.

Long story short my spins did not play i contacted support and its been a month now and they are unresponsive.

Can anyone help me here with a bc.game rep or has any tips.

Here the screenshots that proof i really won a bonus and they told 1/4 weeks waiting.
Wich is already redicilously long imo but i gave them the time.

where there was suggested because it isn't on a payline the bonus isn't triggered there.
Wich is wrong because 3 flowers in vieuw is free spins.

But in my case that even wouldn't make a difference because they are even lined up

Anyone has any idea how i can convince the unresponsive support of bc.game or their live chat to finally help and pay me after a month?

They just denied everything and that’s enough for me to peace out. Eventhrough im near level for rakeback . Crappy game on frontpage is enough for this site

I am level 33 its a few 100 k wagered and got shit on by support no responses by email and chat keeps saying please wait untill we recieve an answer from the provider.
More then a month and ongoing.

At some point, if you play a lot and they still treat you badly, I’d highly recommend finding a better casino to play at.
 
Tell them you need an answer ASAP otherwise you will report them to the KSA as they are not licensed and taking Dutch players which by Dutch law is prohibited.
The problem here its most likely a stuck round, needs to be cleared by provided and you get the winnings after, you wont see the feature play through. It can happen. Solution timeframe of 1 to 4 weeks doesnt make sense, if that happens on our end you have an answer in max 72 hours, but initial problem will be confirmed within 2h to 6h.

Thats the difference between companies that actually conduct service and support for customers, versus companies that are setup with the aim to fill their pockets.

Because you can't see i really send the email froday on that screenshot here it is.

I would like to add another shitshow screenshot.
I found out i have a vip host yesterday but shes on vacation

Support litteraly says contact viphost to speed things up after 40 days....

So bassicly normal custumors without hosts are doomed.

What a disgrasefull support

A slot provider taking 40 days? Ouch, that's strange. If it's a normal stuck round it should be done ages ago.
Yep the slot provider of 50 lions is creative gaming.

But to be fair considering the non excistent live support of bc.game and if they respond its robotic.
the non responsive email takes at least 4 up to a week and then each time the same please wait message.
I wouldn't be suprissed bc.game didn't do anything at all to solve the problem.

I got $125 from.my vip host to consider this case as solve. I took that because it could take another long time to resolve the slot issue she said.

Tbf i rather would have played the pretty hard to hit bonus then taking $125 but it is what it is.

I have close my account at bc.game
As long as they keep offering non excistent support they are not worth playing.
