made a deposit sunday, sent in faxback form and drivers license too, tried to make a cashout, getting auto-declined because they dont have my forms approved yet. I have emailed them 3 times in the last 3 days, no response. I even PM'd Emily the manager yesterday here, no response. When i had password problems lat week they responded in minutes to get me logged in.... Anyone have any ideas if this place is just dodging me trying to keep me playing rather than doing the right thing and responding and approving my docs so i can get my money?? Im wondering how this casino is accredited yet theyre unresponsive. Please help, anybody! thank you in advance.

I have been waiting for a 50.00 paymycard since the end of September. No replies to some emails, when they do reply, they have another excuse, have sent paymycard form 3 times. Last time they requested all this my cards were compromised. So really hate sending 3 times. Don't know why they don't even bother to acknowledge. Sent last one on 18th and didn't hear from them again until I sent another email yesterday asking where my funds were. Now they say zip file forwarded when I never sent a zip file and apparently they can't even find the email from the 18th. So I guess I have to email them every single day to get 50 dollars. Used to be my casino of choice, but no more, they just took me for thousands and I should not have stayed as long as I did. and people are worried about Clubworld being accredited. Communication with INB is a thousand times worse than clubworld.

I don't like this story at all. Time to get INB off the accredited list - they should respond in a timely manner at all times (not only for password recoveries) and process verification and withdrawals asap.

Just a question, here regarding emails to and from Inetbet:

I have yahoo as my current email, so maybe this is problem? I am considering using a Gmail account...do you think this would make a difference?

If anyone are having problems to get through then trying to change email is of course the best way to find out if that is the problem.
I have hotmail and I have been getting every single mail for three years, and always a reply in time.
If that would stop working I wouldn't blame them, I would try another way of getting through.

This has nothing to do with their slow verification and withdrawal process. I receive all emails from Inetbet (promos) to my hotmail account. A casino can't hide behind email accounts either or not working. They should offer an alternative (like live chat, which has already been mentioned at CM many times before).

We have different views on this, but I was replying to secret's post.
I rarily use live chat so for me it's not necessary.

Yes, we do. Inetbet promptly responded -by email- when the OP had lost his password, but when it comes to processing his verification and withdrawal they suddenly don't receive his emails, or if they did send one or more emails, the OP fails to receive them? Mmm, I just don't buy that.

This could be the root of the problem but shouldnt it be Inetbet who has to inform players about this? Otherwise, how the heck would they know that its necessary to change email provider?

Chu, i do remember Inetbet stating in their reply box section..ya know, when you have to input your name, email and question? ..that they may have problems with yahoo email accounts.

So I am going to email them using my Yahoo account to inform them of my new Gmail account. Hopefully they will get the message.;)

It still does not explain why INB received the OP's email about password retrieval in the first place and failed to receive any further emails concerning his verification and withdrawal. It leads me to think that the email account is not the root of the problem here...

History seems to repeat it self on a regular basis with Inet for this very reason, how many threads in the last few years, I can remember at least 5. They really should have alternate means of communication but simply refuse.

Have they told you any reason for why they didn't reply the first time?

Well, yes. This is the ONLY alternative means you have to chase up an email. The only other is to just email again, but this is no less likely to be ignored than the first, unless of course the tin foil hat brigade are correct in saying that iNetBet pick and choose which emails to deal with and which to ignore.

If iNetBet deem that having a rep do front line CS is the only back up service they are going to offer, it's up to them. They had better tell all their players to consider signing up here so that they can send PMs to the rep when emails don't work.

well after addressing this issue on here, they responded yesterday, then i sent in my docs and they got them, saying this is the first time they got them, so apparently that means they are telling me the 6 emails i sent since sunday werent recieved which is odd because i sent them from the same gmail account. Anyway, they got my docs yesterday and emailed me this morning saying its approved and i was able to make the withdrawal via Check. So lets see if i receive my money in a timely fashion, and i will continue to player here so as long as they respond to my questions and payouts in reasonable time because this experience wasnt the best, but i will give them the benefit of the doubt, but if this happens again, I will go elsewhere, but i hope they do the right thing moving forward because i like their games and payout percentages on slots, i feel they are better than other RTG sites.

It's beyond odd, it is unbelievable. 6 emails don't get received, and then you air your frustrations in public. A seventh email that is pretty much identical to the previous 6 then gets received. This is really stretching the bounds of believable coincidence, and looks more like their CS didn't look properly at the inbound emails UNTIL you raised a stink here, and when you sent a seventh, they DID look harder for it, and found it, thus it was received. Having received it, it doesn't seem that they can be bothered to do an in depth investigation of what happened to the 6 previous emails, so simply close the case by saying they were never received.

If they were not received due to the email address being wrong, you would have got a "bounce" message back telling you this. No "bounce" means the 6 emails at least made it off the public internet and onto Inet's email servers. If their servers didn't process it properly, that's Inet's fault, not yours.

It all means that their rep is constantly on back up CS duty, fine for players who are members of CM, but very poor service for those that are not.

What I don't understand is why people still find it a mystery that INB has email communication problems when it's been documented for years that they pick and choose which incoming emails will get a response. Or state they've sent emails when they didn't.

Like I've said before, if INB claims they responded to an email and you never got a reply, ask them to forward their original response. You'll never get it because it doesn't exist.

Been there, done that, moved on...

I'm having the same issue with InetBet but it's only been 4 days so far

I too am still waiting to hear back from iNetBet on my verification information. I'm trying to make a withdrawal but of course I can't do that until I hear back from them. I've sent everything they could possibly ever want from me for verification info too. I know it's only 4 days (so I can't complain yet) but with all the other accredited casinos I've played and won at, I've received responses on verification within 24 hours. Thanks for the heads up on the previous posts everyone.
