we can all go back and say yes laurie had some great wins but no one knows how much money one tends to put in to get that win. i made a withdrawal last night and it never takes long to be put into my qt account, so this morning when i checked, wasnt there, so i played and hit a few more good hits, back and forth taking money out and putting back in withdrawals till it was gone.i know that i will keep playing and im sure 3- dice knows that now as well until the money is put into my qt acct.i was asked by anna why didnt you ask for it to be locked? good question, i should have. it really seems funny to me that the money wasnt there this a.m or later on as has been in the past......i have had more fun and won more money on rtg and m/g casinos in the past and yes even at rival, it is all my fault and i know this but at the same time they should have paid out into my account the withdrawal from yesterday, it does say within 24 hours right and if you reduce your withdrawal it will not affect the timeframe, right? wrong!! im pissed not only at myself but i hold them also to a small degree at fault also, call it sour grapes or lauries just p.m.s ing dont really care at this point......the stress isnt worth it................................laurie

Laurie, all you have to do is go into the section under Banking called "Responsible Gambling" and at the bottom of that page under "Please limit my reversals to" and there you can enter 0%,,, so that way the system will automatically Not let you do any reversals...;)

It would really be nice if all the casinos had this great feature...you have to give kudos to 3Dice for implementing this innovative feature in their cashier section...I don't know of another single casino out there that offers this...Most all the others either want you to reverse and a lot of them even entice you to reverse your cashout...

What time last night? Was it early evening or late evening?

Maybe that matters?

I have only requested checks from 3dice, so I have no idea on the time frame.

........id have to go back and look but it was not after 9 pm. and with the time difference i thought well it will be there this morning, im just stressed for personal reasons and just acted stupid, i was the one pushing the buttons lol, ive just been screwed over so many times in the past by rogue casinos and i have to say 3- dice is not one, they are one of my favs. its just my fault, end of story..........

Don't beat yourself up over this Laurie... I'm sad to say been there done that

Earlier this year I played a back a large(ish) sum, and my first thought was why the h*** didn't they process my withdrawal before I decided to give it all back :p In the end I realized there was no one else to blame but myself.
Now I can't reverse even I if I want to, thanks to the no reversals feature.
And Enzo would probably give me a real spanking if I do it again :D

i agree with refre. I totally understand how that could have been frustrating but don't beat yourself too much over this laurie as i think we've all been there before. when stressful things hit you, a lot of other things seem to weigh heavier (like not finding a cashout you were expecting.) On the positive side, at least tax season is over. ;)

Hippo, you could have mentioned at least 100 other subjects or seasons without having to go there...:eek2:;)

Hey Laurie my friend.

As you may or may not know, I turned a $25 free chip from TIV into $9000. I subsequently blew it. All of it. Every stinking penny. I also should have asked them to not let me reverse my withdrawal. I was too concerned about whether or not I would actually get the money. Not because of TIV just because of the current situation.

I was too embaressed to let you all know what I did. It sucks. I know there are many, many of us out there. Not saying anything about you personally. Your post just hit me where I'm hurting.

Many of us have encountered the same situation and we couldnt resist the temptation of reversing withdrawals. Sometimes, I get mad when I want to play but the pending withdrawal period has lapsed but when I am able to do so I kick myself more often than not for doing so. This is just too addicting.

Maybe the software providers and certainly 3Dice/Enzo could try to modify betting limits whenever players reverse a withdrawal (You will notice this at all Rivals whenever you get a bonus). I know there are problems associated with this but the least it could do is prolong play time and it could do much the preserve part of your reversed bankroll. Obviously, variance is also decreased through the lengthening of sessions.

thanks everyone for the support, i just wanted to kick myself in the ass so bad when i did that, and ya know it wasnt the amount of the money i wasted but just the fact that i should have left well enough alone, turned off the pewter and went outside and worked in the garden or something. i guess we all have some sort of degree where we just do things we wouldnt otherwise do if we had won at a b/m casino or maybe its just pure greed, chasing that next big hit, however enzo did say in a p.m to me that they had some trouble with q.t today and did give me a nice bonus for the trouble, i did cashout for 150.00 and still have some left to play on later.i feel really bad whinning like a puss earlier and even regret posting the thread, maybe it will help someone else later on down the line when they have a withdrawal and are tempted to reverse it..............laurie:)

You would not believe some of the same I have done at BandM's just not as often since I do not have constant access:oops:

When we're there in May, I'll hold your chips for you.....for a nominal fee of course :D

My FAVORITE table at Bally's in Vegas was located right in front of the cage.....so it made things easy to cash out..lol

I know it doesn't help matters any, but I've been in the same situation many many time before....:(

Laurie, you puss you...I like it when you talk dirty to us !! ;):D:D:D

well, i can say that this thread benefited me right away. had a bunch of money in my ewallet after my cashouts at thisisvegas. deposited $100 at 3dice to play fortune falls and it was playing great... so i added another $500 so i could up my bets. than i kept thinking about this thread when i found myself betting $2.00 (a lot for me :D) and ended up cashing out a profit of $125. a first for me i think since usually i'm only happy if i double a big deposit. i just had a feeling my luck would turn and didn't want to add to this thread, lol. i don't know why, but i'm beginning to feel real timid now when i play. anyone feel the same?

Whatever happened to the "safe" in the banking section that Enzo was talking about not too long ago???

I forget the name of the casino but before the UIGEA I remember playing somewhere that had this option....

I remember all that too, but i didn't see anything like that in the banking section and i just checked it again.

I believe IIRC that the safe was just only set up for a few certain folks and not everyone as policy...

It'd be interesting to learn of their motives for not offering it to everyone....IMO it should be an option to everyone, whether or not they ask for it. If they want to use it, great; if not, nobody's forcing them to...

Enzo...again IIRC did not offer it to everyone because there were just a few customers that were costing the casino extra money because they were making a lot of small and frequent deposits and also cashing out a lot of small and frequent winnings with an emphasis on small and frequent...Enzo stated something to the effect that the costs for all of those transactions with the processors were high because there were so many of them so he basically set the safe up for those account holders as a means of a way to park their cashouts until they could build them up a little more,,,but like I said in a post up above ...post #2 in this thread I believe... 3Dice does offer you the option of not being able to reverse your cashout if you set the percentage to 0%...

me too Laurie. I did the same thing twice in a row at Club World - I win something on Friday and cash it out....then Saturday I go back and start picking at it and on Sunday there's not enough to bother withdrawing so I spent that too. And to be honest, at first I was a little choked at Club World and thought about closing my account there too, because if they would do withdrawals over the weekend instead of leaving it sitting there in limbo for 3 or 4 days.... Like it's their fault I have no self control. heh

Anyway I totally understand what you're saying and it sucks but it's an experience that you can remember next time you have a big win, right?

Like mine...I'm sure the THIRD time I win something I'll be wiser...
:)

The beauty of 3Dice is that we (US players, anyhow) can have our winnings in a USPS Postal Money Order in practically no time. The problem is that I never withdraw 100% from anywhere via check and always split WDs tween check and QT. Now why do you spose I'd do that? One clue may be that I have been known to actually take the time to post in online gambling forums!

i know how you feel lauriejim, ive been waiting on a cashout from rival (delayed due to problems), and every minute it screaming at me, REVERSE ME REVERSE ME, i just have to kick myself in the head and find other things to keep me busy:)

I read a story on here once about a guy who, everytime he made a good cashout, he changed his password to some ridiculous string of numbers - printed it out - then drove across town and put it into storage!

As soon as the money arrived - he went and picked it up :D

Extreme, but effective!

wow that is extreme,

i know some sportsbooks and poker rooms have exclusion buttons where if set you can ban yourself from signing into that perticular site for a spcified amount of time, its a shame casinos dont have it

Rival casinos have this, you can freeze your account for 6 days or 6 months in the cashier.

When checking 3dice I can't find any way to limit reversals to 0. Only options I can find are 10,20,30% per hour. Am I missing something?
