This is such a dilemma but if a casino gave you way too much money, do you reckon there would be any way to withdraw it somehow? Like spam 100000 slot games so that they might miss it when scanning the account pre-withdraw? Or take it out in tiny chunks? Do you guys reckon it could get my account suspended for even trying? I'm absolutely leaning towards NOT doing it on moral grounds because I really like this website and their staff but at the same time, it's life changing money for me as an autistic unemployed single-dad while this money is like pocket change to the company, unnoticable - which is why I haven't 100% ruled out trying.

How did they give you to much money ? You have not stated where this extra money has came from, Ive had a few similar decisions I had to make.
On one site I got a bonus £5 max convert to cash was £20 yet I had over £500 in bonus funds with 90% wagering done, So what i did was a spin costing £480 as it was gonna be removed anyways, I then won £500 with that spin and it all went to cash. So I withdraw it and got the winnings I have done over and over at this casinos/betting site on there Casinos and Slots promotions, Morally wrong but ive never once had a issue or had any contact me about it.
Once Videoslots sent me 2 x £45 to my bank by mistake instead of only 1, As i never knew they did this as I got payments coming in and out all the time, I never questioned it untill 2 MONTHS later when i got an email saying I owe them £45 and thats my account had be blocked all funds was now theres untill I give them back the money. Lucky for me The Bandit "Youtuber" who Is a TOP block I used hes link ages ago to sign up I contacted him told him what happended and he was ncie enough to put the £45 in my bank to pay them back.

ESCJAMIE That thought crossed my mind, but I have a lot of money stuck in bets on the site and I feel like they might ban me for it should I lose (or take the money out of my bets). I'm just going to let it stay on the account and let them fix it, I really like the site after all so I feel like that's the right decision.

It's illegal, and they always have it in their rules that you will have to pay it back. Don't even try!

Don't rush to withdraw it that's for sure
If you were going to do it you should settle all your outstanding bets and withdraw all your genuine money (maybe take your time doing this). Then start playing/withdrawing the other money in small amounts . I'm sure they will have minor accounting inaccuracies anyway so maybe they won't notice . And yeh put the money somewhere - don't spend it until you think you got away with it :p good luck !

Well, you could take the morally "correct" decision and let them know about it...

But... I'm a pretty active, and successful, sportsbettor on a local bookie site and have had to contact customer support many a time when they made mistakes in settling bets, both in their and my favor because I thought that was the correct thing to do. I've even helped them out when they published bets on their site that didn't make sense.
Long story short: because I've won quite some money with them they've now even banned me from the Christmas calendar promotion they have running and whenever they make a mistake in my favor next time I'm not contacting them, that's for sure!

Personally, I consider the gambling industry as a devilish business and I wouldn't give two fu.kc if any of casinos lost their money due to their own mistake!

But if I was you (a single father) I would contact them (even if you have lost some of their money) and explain the situation. If they are one of the good casinos then they may give you some nice New years present!

To cash out the money (a large amount) would be 50/50 gamble or very difficult. Because the casino first thing will see the balance, last deposit method, amount and the amount you request now. And also your gaming history as well!

A small amount like 500 euros is no point trying to withdrawal - it will not make you any richer!

And if anything goes wrong, you would have to pretend very dumb and say something stupid like "that you thought that this money is some kind of special gift which was transferred to random players account due to Christmas and New years holidays"

one time i was in ladbrokes and withdraw £40 from my online account, the guy gave me the slip I signed it and he handed me the money over I walked away went home as I had left £5 for some play money in the account and the guy had clicked deposit rather than withdraw, needless to say my account had been blocked by the end of the day when they tallied up the tills, luckily I didnt touch the money.

Honesty is the best policy. We can go down the "oh the casinos won't miss it, because they make a fortune as it is" route all we like, but the bottom line is this...

How would you like it if the roles were reversed? You'd be kicking and screaming for your money to be returned to its rightful owner, wouldn't you?

Treat others the way you would like to be treated. End of.

To be fair, the same could be said about casinos seeing as they look for any excuse not to pay up and set up predatory traps everywhere in their bonus policies to minimize the risks of having to pay anybody. Treat them like they treat others. And while yes, I do like this casino, I've googled and they've stolen others' money for ridiculous reasons, a lot more money than I would've stolen IF I did it...

...which I've decided not to do.
