I really feel inetbet needs a revisit in its positive endorsement

I understand - I followed the instructions and reached out to their representative and heard back this morning regarding “hearing from their appropriate department” and as I check my email I had received an email with them telling me I was having my winnings voided and being banned from their site - mentioning something about my disputing something with a sister casino. I can assure you I have done nothing which would give them a justification to take things sideways like this - I am not sure what to do at this point.

I feel somewhat confused - should I be updating what I submitted? I don’t know what to make of this and I don’t want to say something out of place or to the wrong audience. The accusations being made are absolutely unfounded though and I challenge them to provide proof of such, it doesn’t exist. I’ll wait for your instruction.
