Firstly I don't play at Video Slots nor work for them, nor do I work or have any affiliate with any casino.

Been playing online since 2003, humble low roller with small budget who enjoys a bonus, clears WR 50% of the time, busts the other 50% but enjoys either way, its fun, a boredom buster, entertainment and if my deposit gets 'ragged' I'm over it in 5 minutes so no problems my end

Anyway enough about me, the reps are in no binding contract to help out on here, yes part of being accredited they have to be active but that does not mean on the ball 24/7 or as helpful as some reps are.

Few quick examples:-

Bonus banned @ 'x' casino, rep sorted it
Withdrawal delayed, rep sorted it
One per IP/House rule but wife likes a punt, rep sorted it
DOA excluded from bonus play, rep sorted it
etc etc etc

Imagine the headache and wait trying to sort that lot plus much more from live chat or e-mails!!!

CM Only promotions, exclusive to us guys only, who runs those, erm the rep???

Another quick example 32 Red give a small fortune away each month IN CASH via the Slotsmeister Promo, do they have to do this, does the rep have to keep on top of it? Short answer NO!

Reading between the lines (and no offence at all) but it truly seems like you are one of these people if everything is not going just the way you want it to then the 'dolly is straight out of the pram'

Just chill out a bit, the members and reps on here are VERY helpful but if you rub them up the wrong way you may soon find yourself wishing you hadn't!

This was in the CASINOS T&C, which was actually in regard to bonuses. Management on this particular occasion at this particular casino had seen that we were regular cash only depositors having previously stated that we were fine to have one account each.

He then saw the good deposit history, decided that we are genuine players and NOT bonus abusers and hence gave the go ahead for us to both claim any offers which were available on our accounts.

This was an example of the reps helpful nature and power to make decisions on our behalf. I really did not want to have to go into further detail as I felt that there was no need. I have always adhered to all rules and always will but when there is a 'grey area' this is where reps can be very helpful.

Thirdly, so you have been playing online since 2006 and been an affiliate for 6 years, yet you try to claim an expired bonus and then complain because you didn't get it. Maybe that is the reason why you stopped being an affiliate, meaning the casinos didn't want to work with an aff who is trying to cheat.

Lastly, we surely criticize the CM reps equally as we praise them, but in any case, contrary to you, with do it with fairness and respect which you don't seem to be able to do.

This forum is known for welcoming anybody who wants to contribute to the gaming community. It might be advisable for you to stay away if you don't have the intentions to do that.

C) Just a general hint: If you have contributed in the forum, hence build up some reputation it is certainly more likely that reps will decide in your favor. It's also VERY helpful to be friendly and understanding even when there are decisions against you. You will get what you want much more often.
