How to deal with a Casino that changes terms in the middle of a promotion?

Hi, I signed this morning to skykingscasino (Playtech I think) and opted for 530 bonus on 350 deposit.
I have the screens of the terms stating that you could cash the bonus after meeting the wagering requirements.
I also have screen of chat operator's confirmation that the bonus was cashable.

After playing through in allowed games I met the requirements and again got confirmation from the chat that i did so. (Have also screen cap)

I didn't withdraw inmediately, I fooled around a bit, then played a bit more and was about to withdraw when it tells me that the bonus is going to be removed from my balance prior to withdrawing. Thay had changed the terms between when I met the wagering requirements and when I was going to cashout.

What should I do now? I have screen captures of the terms when I signed and chat support telling me the bonus was cashable and telling me I had met the requirements.

This is really unfortunate, I hope they don't end up with my money.

They are crown gaming, the prolific Cpays spammers. They hit MY inbox too this week.
Playtech bonuses are generally non-cashable, and I don't think they ever have been at this lot too. Looks like they are lying to get deposits from new players who would not deposit if they knew the large bonus was phantom.
They are related to the notorious 32 vegas (cheap shot at riding on 32red's reputation) and a few other more well documented rogues.

You are probably screwed, but worth the fight anyway, especially if you have the chat logs and terms showing the bonus as cashable.

I would get ripped out of 300 if they end up stealing my money, I'm feeling sick only of thinking it...

See the last paragraph of the pic I attach for the "cashability" of the bonus

Even If you change their webpage to German the old terms still appear , they haven't changed them there.

Thats clearly rogue.

No way would a non-cashable bonus attract WR up to 50x B+D, and the last term proves this.

They are also "Neteller haters" and "UK Haters", so why the hell are they marketing to us:mad:

A phantom bonus at 50x WR is impossible to win from UNLESS it is very seriously abused.

The terms do not exclude 3 card poker (it's TABLE, not VIDEO poker), so if you can get nowhere arguing your case, try "do or die" on the Pair+ bet until you either bust out or get a big hit, or sequence of flushes & straights, that at least gets you your money back.

There is probably little you can do as the industry is largely unregulated, however forceful argument and poor publicity often makes them "look again" at the case, and they may make an offer to get rid of you.

Their website has several T&C pages. Sky Kings seems to change which T&C they link to often:

-The T&C pictured in the thread above comes from the page
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
and states "You may only cash out the bonus once the minimum wagering requirements have been met.". I believe the promotions page linked to this T&C last week.

-The promotions page now links to the T&C at

-I believe they had a 3rd T&C a few weeks ago, which more clearly stated the bonus was non-cashable, such as the T&C at

If you change languages, the the linked T&C and bonus changes:
-The English page links to bonus_terms_and_conditions.php and lists the new bonus
-The German, Japanese, and Russian pages link to promotions_tc.php and list the old bonus

Set up to rip players off by design then:mad:

Attract a load through the spam, then change the T & C.

The T & C at the time of deposit should be the ones used, but this method allows them to change the link, but claim the page itself was "always there" and the player must have misread it. Using the wayback machine would also "prove" the page was there before the deposit, although a deeper look would pick up the linking trickery.

To be avoided at all costs.

I would take the money to bj surrender and kick their ass for a 3k or 4k cashout with max. bets...  Of course you need to get a bit lucky...

They haven't replied to the email I sent them. I'll give them another 24 hours and then screw them in the ass for at least $1k :D

I'll just wait for an answer I think that's what they want, to gamble away our own money so they don't have to do anything.

It's been almost 4 days since I emailed them with all the info but they haven't answered. I've even wagered 1k more losing part of my winnings in the process.

No wonder why I left playing casinos months ago and focused on poker... all this bullshit for less than 200

Well, I finally received response, they apologized and changed the "status" of my balance and I've inmediately gone to the cashier and withdraw

And it's probably because you started this thread and exposed them for what they're doing. Not that it will stop, but at least you'll get paid. They just want this thread to die and go away.
