maybe people don't care for the slots selection, maybe they get better promos and add-ons, maybe theyve built up loyalty elsewhere, who knows, a million reasons probably

William Hill are rubbish used to be with them didn't stay also BetVictor would not let me choose the deposit I wanted I had to choose a minimum of £25.

Left WH a long time ago, far superior casinos out there...Better CS, faster withdrawals and better loyalty programs..
I do much prefer the non-hassle of UK Bookies' electronic verification, so when it comes to payment it's never really an issue. No standing on one leg whilst doing a passport selfie singing God Save The Queen, for example, before sending your personal details to God-knows-where.
I feel safe in the knowledge I'm not treated like a money-launderer extraordinaire, so a major plus then.
But to exclusively play at William Hill - nah. There other good casinos I'd custom with that offer quite a bit more. A lot factors in to customer service too, so if I were to hit the motherload at William Hill they could quite easily give me the brush-off and I'd be left crying into my cereal.

I seem to get lag and unresponsive pages when I use UK bookies, that's my reasoning, WH is bearable just, Ladbrokes is the slowest casino website I've come across.

Firstly, it's like saying "Why doesnt everyone drive a Skoda - they are a perfectly acceptable car, so why do you need other cars to choose from".
Secondly, a monopoly is never a good idea, so the fewer casinos you have, the lower the RTPs can go and the less choice you have.

I’ve swerved betvictor as I’m down overall massively on that site so I now stick to paddy power as I do like some of the loyalty stuff weekly free bet spins et being able to withdraw winnings instantly with pp plus card c also like the L&L brand as they are trustworthy etc and lvbet for fast withdrawals and trustworthy. To be honest i use WH regularly. Prefer there sports site tho these days i have to use Canadian site lol as that is still the old version whereas UK site is nowhere near as good with the newer version.

1. I am extremely limited on there for some bets. Like single figure pence on certain ones.

LeoVegas - customer service lie, unacceptable (to me at least) withdrawal times, and many problems with self exclusion issues recently.

Willhill are great but live support is comical no knowledge of ANYTHING and takes 30 minutes to get anything sorted.
Linking unibet atm most withdrawals processed in 2hrs. Bet victor is ok but no autoplay so it's why i dont play. In general though why play outside bookmakers makes no sense.

If I only played at William Hill these days I'd lose everything. In the last few days I've played the two worst games I've ever played at any casino since I started playing years ago. WH used to be my favourite casino, the games played fairly and I won decent money there (and lost, of course, but won more), but over the last 18 months or so something has changed dramatically, right after that takeover bid a year or so ago in fact.
Now, over 90% of the games I play there play at their very worst. Something has definitely changed at WH, and not for the better. Their promos have taken a dramatic turn for the worse and the promo games nearly always seem to play badly now.
Have to say, though, I prefer WH betting to anywhere else, not that I do much.
