Didn't Irish Luck (Rival) try the same stunt a couple of years ago? If its a network progressive they may get to keep the whole lot minus $50.

Slots Plus is RTG, so the majority of slots are progressive.

I wouldn't get too excited yet about your $1000 win, usually when a free chip has a max cashout, you can't cash out more than that even if you play on after wagering has been met.

Don't spend it all back however based on what I wrote here.... different casinos have different policies, so perhaps there is hope, especially since the excess after wagering was met was removed. I just wanted to let you know so you don't get carried away gambling or spending elsewhere thinking you have $1,000.00 coming in.

Actually, I've had a few of these free chips with a 50 dollar max withdrawal at RTG casinos and some of them just dump all your balance except the 50 when you clear the WR and let you play on without restrictions.

I always contact support the very second this happens and verify that this is a playable balance and that the 50 dollar max has been removed.

I'd love to say what casinos these were but it was so long ago I'd only be guessing.

they took the jackpot win and all that I had won leaving me with the 50.00 in my account it is with the 50.00 that I hit the feature play that paid 1000.00 so they should honor that per their terms? and it was a random jackpot not progressive

That is exactly what happened they dropped all my funds except the 50.00 and it was supposed to be playable unrestricted so it should be all good I hope. If so they have a new loyal customer if not I will spend my money somewhere else

If they're reputable, they'll give you the $1,000. Disreputable places continue to hold you to terms until you actually cashout. Inetbet for example, doesn't let you earn any more comp points after a redemption until you zero out your account balance (via withdrawal or loss) and redeposit.

Well, that depends on the casino and they're own policy about free chips.

The best thing to do would have been to contact them before you continued to play.

There's always the option of just asking them rather than wait to see if the withdrawal goes through.

Has it been stated yet what casino this is?

Slots Plus (Main Street group). I don't play with them, so I'm not familiar with their policies.

If this is a free chip to a non-depositing player (SUB), I have my doubts they will pay more than $50.

Of course I hope for the player's sake they do, but I just wanted him to be prepared in case they don't.

At least it's not out of the question that he'll get paid.

I think he's better off to just contact them rather than wait and be disappointed.

Still, if the 50 is the max withdrawal, there's always the option to withdraw it and then dump it back in. Maybe he'll get lucky again. It's still free money.

Main street group are known as reputable except for their predatory bonus terms..... technically i should be allwed the 1000.00 but as I am a new player there I will probably get the shaft and am expecting nothing less than that and if better happens I will feel fortunate. I am awaiting live help to come online at the moment as soon as I get a response from them I will post the results here for everyone

I guess it depends on how you define "getting the shaft."

It's a question of this casino's terms and policies. If you had verified these terms before you started playing would you still consider yourself to be "getting the shaft?"

    What is a "predatory" term?

IMO it is a term that is NOT listed anywhere and is invoked after you win. If a term IS listed, then you have the opportunity to decide if you want to be bound by it BEFORE you play....afterwards is too late.

It seems some players call a term "predatory" just because they don't like it, and usually because they didn't read the terms in the first place and got caught. Its the players decision whether they want to become "prey".

I was refering to what this site had listed as the reason that mainstreet casino group did not succeed in becoming accredited here personally I have no clue what that exactly means was simply stating what I had read about them as far as their reputation

I did read the T&C first but it is not clear as to wether when they remove the bonus if you must phisically withdraw the balance or if it is playable without further terms. here is their T&C on flee play coupon use:

    FREE TRIAL TERMS

Can only be redeemed if coming from a partner site and requires coupon for redeeming.

Slots Keno and Scratch tickets ONLY.

Any other games played are not permitted while these bonus funds are in play.

The bonus must be wagered 70 times in valid wagers before withdrawal.

The maximum bonus withdrawal is $50. The bonus is non cashable and the amount of the bonus will be deducted from the withdrawal.

This bonus can only be used once per person at one casino in the group.

Claiming more than once will void any winnings.

Free Trial available to US and Canadian players ONLY.

Have a question you need answered? Contact us and we'll reply within 24 hours.

as you can see the terms are pretty vague in the area of defining what will happen in my situation but their main Terms say they can basically do what they want including wiping all my winnings as they retain that right for any win on a play where bonus was used

The reason they're not accredited doesn't really apply to you since it's an issue with wage requirements outside the USA and Canada. In fact it doesn't really apply to anyone unless they take a bonus.

All in all even if they take my second big win and leave me with the 50.00 I cant complain as it was a free play coupon anyways. although it sucks to finally hit a jackpot and not get it I can only blame myself as I started to blow off the freeplay offer and just make a deposit and try my luck and that was my choice and cant blame them for that. I think either way I will be playing here more often in the future but without the use of any bonus lol

Well, this part doesn't really make much sense to me "The maximum bonus withdrawal is $50. The bonus is non cashable and the amount of the bonus will be deducted from the withdrawal." If you were given a 50 dollar bonus and the maximum you can withdraw is 50 and the amount of the bonus will be removed from the withdrawal that equals zero.

I'm sure this is just poorly worded or I'm not understanding something.

The only question is if you have to withdraw the 50 once you clear the WR or if you can continue playing with it. These rules seem to change from casino to casino but either way you're not "shafted." You're playing with free money. Even if all you can withdraw is 50 it's still free money.

Any time someone hands me 50 dollars for nothing I try to refrain from accusing them of shafting me.
