If they're reputable, they'll give you the $1,000. Disreputable places continue to hold you to terms until you actually cashout. Inetbet for example, doesn't let you earn any more comp points after a redemption until you zero out your account balance (via withdrawal or loss) and redeposit.

Well, that depends on the casino and they're own policy about free chips.

The best thing to do would have been to contact them before you continued to play.

as you can see the terms are pretty vague in the area of defining what will happen in my situation but their main Terms say they can basically do what they want including wiping all my winnings as they retain that right for any win on a play where bonus was used

The reason they're not accredited doesn't really apply to you since it's an issue with wage requirements outside the USA and Canada. In fact it doesn't really apply to anyone unless they take a bonus.

All in all even if they take my second big win and leave me with the 50.00 I cant complain as it was a free play coupon anyways. although it sucks to finally hit a jackpot and not get it I can only blame myself as I started to blow off the freeplay offer and just make a deposit and try my luck and that was my choice and cant blame them for that. The only question is if you have to withdraw the 50 once you clear the WR or if you can continue playing with it. These rules seem to change from casino to casino but either way you're not "shafted." You're playing with free money. Even if all you can withdraw is 50 it's still free money.
