Hit $8395.00 jackpot go figure bonus has 50.00 cashout limit

Which begs the question what happens to the $8k that they haven't now paid out? All the other players contributed to it.

As far as I know this is supposed to remain in the RJ. I thought this was discussed many, many moons ago.

OP, I would cashout the $50 and while its pendiing. They will allow you to also make a deposit. So I would deposit $50 of my own money. Take their match bonus, and continue playing. You maybe on a hot streak there today. Chances maybe you will have some fantastic wins. If you lose, you still broke even -minus fees. BUT I WOULD MAKE A DEPOSIT TODAY!!!!

I am sure you are all aware of this situation but just in case this is a warning how this payout works, at least in RTG casinos

Once I got a $50 non deposit bonus and max payout was for$250.

Within a few minutes I had made some hits and after a while I figured I would star playing $2./spin
Well lucky me.
I just happened to look and my bal was at 245 something like that.
I imagine that as soon as WR are met the scoreboard goes to the max payout so if yu continue playing you could lose it all!

Yes, if you're anywhere near clearing the WR it's not a good idea to leave it spinning in autoplay.

Had this happen recently on a freechip I received for my birthday. Max cashout was $50, thought I was counting and boom, I have $49, lol. In this case I did check with support to see if I could play on now that the excess was removed, but max cashout would still remain $50. So I cashed out 49, no point in taking any risk for merely $1.

In Most places that i have played at , you must cash out, then redeposit to remove the max cashout..

In all honesty it is reall dumb as the casino has to absorb those processing costs for US players. WOuld be nice that once you cleared WR that it would just reset as the money being yours. .

If it was a pooled progressive jackpot, then they should pay you the winnings as they will be receiving the money from the software provider. If they choose not to pay you, then the money should rightfully go back into the pot.

We had this exact same thing happen with us this week. A lady won a $6k progressive (using winnings from a free chip) and we paid immediately. We will receive the funds from Rival, so it does not cost us anything and we gained a loyal customer. Hope they treat you the same :p

On RTG They are randoms, most honest ones put the money back to the random jackpot, They are not all linked between casinos, each casino has its own random that was built up from people playing that game.

Great example to set for all Casino's!

Have not received a reply back from them as of yet but checked my account and it now shows a coupon reversal withdrawal request for $9448.46 requested and approved and now my balance is a few hundred more than what it was when i last looked this morning? but judging by the activity on my cashier screen it looks as though all is good at this point. I will do a withdrawl request after bit when i get a few minutes free time and make a deposit and see what happens from there. Want to say thanks to everyone for letting me vent my frustration and for all your advice there is a world of knowledge here I am glad I found this site

I think a coupon reversal and approved, means management okayed the removal of the balance from the ND bonuses. Looks like they will only pay you $50.

Interested in how this played out?

Was he only allowed to withdraw $50? Of course most US can't withdraw amounts that low... there's usually minimum withdrawal limits, plus fees for chosen method of withdrawal.

Or was he allowed to cashout what he won after they cleared his playthrough 'overage' ?

Sorry work has had me extremely busy

First I apologize for the late reply I have been stuck working doubles at work and had no free time

Well of course I got the usual excuses that you would expect from a casino that don't want to pay a big win on a free roll. I checked with a few other casinos that are highly reputable who have the same exact terms on their free play and they said when I hit play through the casino would automatically remove the bonus amount and all winnings only leaving what the max withdrawal amt. stated in terms was. Once this had happened I was then free to play any games and no withdraw limit. But they used the loose verbage in their terms to bend things their way and they even took the $1800.00 I won on the $50.00 they gave me after I met play through In-fact they even took the $50.00 back when they took the second winnings and re-issued me $30.00 stating that was the max I should have been allowed the first time. Also all the cashier history had been deleted prior to them making changes that showed the withdrawal and re-deposit and they auto issued it as a withdrawal only as they did not want me playing it and It is still in pending mode with no reply back from them since. All in All its what I expected to happen as they are not a InetBet or Club world group casino but I still got $30.00 for free ( If it ever gets approved) so It is what it is and other than slow paying from what I have heard of them they are actually not a bad group (mainstreet) if I ever play there again I will not use a coupon period then I have no worry's!

So Mainstreet actually makes you withdraw the money and doesn't let you keep playing it?

Good to know.

correct and i just found out they leave withdrawal request in pending status for a period of 10-14 days before they even review them and if something is wrong and you get denied that time starts over after re-submitting once you make it out of pending it can be up to another 10 days before they process the withdrawal....who wants to wait almost a month at best to get paid? I will stick with Inetbet I had my check in less than a week even though I cost them a day by not sending Docs in right away and check was for a local bank and I had no hassles cashing it. The fact that the time and date stamp on the fed ex label shows it arrived at there facility 4 hours after I sent them my docs is impressive in my opinion.

heres is a copy of Mainstreet's NEW Cashout info ( They recently changed payout policy )

Withdrawal Methods: ACH, Cheque, Money Order, Neteller, Skrill

Withdrawal Limits: 5000 USD per week

Withdrawal Timeframes: Up to 10-12 days

Pending Time: up to 14 days

Allow Manual Flushing: no

So, how in the world are you, a USA player, going to cash out $30?

And Main Street group's long waiting time is infamous here.

If you have your docs already submitted, what's the mandatory 14 day wait for? Does each withdrawal have to go through their loophole team to see if they can get out of it?

That seems to be the case although as far as I have found looking around other sites its more of a extreme delay tactic also people are getting cash outs in installments that are way less than there stated max weekly cash out. looks to me as if they just drag there feet and avoid pay outs until someone complains on an open forum then they try fixing the issues.

LOL I am not going to the headache to get it is no where near worth it and like you said they wont make a payout that small so they got exactly what they want and by the way they never reinstated the jackpot for the players who contributed to it so they made out with an extra $9,000 dollars in their pockets.

The entire situation complete B. S. IMO.

If the casino pocketed the Random Jackpot that is in itself criminal. The entire situation complete B. S. IMO. Playing on a free chip at any RTG carries the risk of hitting the RJ--a once in a lifetime if ever occurrence for most players--and not getting paid for your hit.

INET and Club World generally allow 10X any free bonus as a maximum withdrawal and the WR is generally only 10-15X. In these cases, playing the free money bonus is worth the "risk" of hitting a big one and the pain of never getting the money if you do.

I had an experience at Grande Vegas about 6 weeks ago that I am going to share in a separate thread. Follow this link:

I agree they have at the very least stolen from their customers who have contributed to the jackpot and now have no chance of winning it and its not because they paid it out to me or anyone else they just chose to sweep it under the rug and figure no one is the wiser. It has been several weeks since I hit that RJ and they still have not replaced it in the game as of tonight when I looked below are pics of a few minutes after I hit the RJ and pic. of the jackpot as it stood tonight. And the last pic is what account activity they did not delete from that night none of the posted activity was from me accept the withdrawl request for $800.00 M.O. which they rejected then put it back with what I still had in usable play funds then withdrew that whole lump sum for them selves and posted a 30.00 withdrawl request on my behalf then they denied that....on the bright side I have one red cent left......wonder if I can take that up to a few thousand like I did the 20.00 the night this happened lol

If anyone wonders why I bothered posting pics of the event it is because I feel the money should be put back in the game for those who contributed to it have a chance winning it as it is the right thing to do and what they should do. ;)

Main Street? Didnt they try to become accredited only to flat out fail? From memory something about dodgy bonus practices and discrimination. I'd be interested to hear what the rep has to say about what happened to the funds from this jackpot.

You hit that RJ a month ago. How often have you checked it since then? Is it possible someone else hit it after you did?

They're not accredited but they're not rogue. Presumably if you don't care about bonus wage requirements there's no serious issue.

Silver Oak however, is rogue. I see the shortcut on his desktop for quick access. :p
