I DOWNLOADED HIGHNOON RTG SOFTWARE ON TO MY LAPTOP AFTER THE DOWNLOAD THE GAME DONT LOAD THE MESSAGE SOMES UP FAILED WHEN I TRY TO REMOVE THE MESSAGE BOX COMPUTER FREEZE UP.

SO WENT TO LIVE CHAT GOT HELP AFTER 12 MINS I GOT ADVISED ITS MY LAPTOPS NOT THE SOFTWARE. I JUST BOUGHT BRAND NEW APPLES TOP OF RANGE LAPTOP CAN SOME ONE AT FORUM TELL ME, IS THE PERSON ON LIVE CHAT RIGHT? IS IT MY LAPTOP?

Had the very same problem some months ago. Never did get it fixed until I changed internet providers. I think it has something to do with the download speed of your internet. I tried everything that anyone would tell me to do and nothing worked. And now I can't download MG casinos. Download times out. Finally got one to download when I was in an area with excellent coverage.

I never could get RTG's to download on my old MAC. Had to use instant casino to play.

Since you are in the UK, ask the casino to send you a disk. I could download everything with a disk but not off the internet. But I don't know much about MAC's.

I understand that Mac computers need to have Virtual Windows installed to play the casinos since most of them are not compatible with with Mac's.
