Hello,
I won $1000 on High Noon Casino. I requested a withdrawal via ACH which was refused with no explanation. I sent an email and was told that ACH and wire transfer were no longer an option. I asked how long this had been the case and was given no reply. As of today, they are still options in the cashier and they allow you to request withdrawals that way. They want me to use Quicktender but my bank won't let me which is why I only play at casinos with wire transfer or ACH options. Now I can't get my money.
I don't think this is fair and if it's still being offered in the cashier without notification to players, I think they should honor it. Oh, and CHECK is not an option either anymore. WTF?
Hey Temi,
MyPayLinq needs to be activated first, and it is by depositing that way. When we send money to MPL then you cash out from there in to your bank account but it takes much longer. UseMyWallet account, you need to activate only by entering details and then you can cash out. When we process it, it is instant but then it will take up to 5 working days till it reach your bank account. I will send you invitation and when you decided, please send us their account number.

How does mypaylinq work and can you send me an invite for usemywallet please? I can give it a shot. How long do both mypaylinq and usemywallet take?

I don't think I can use that option but we can try it. No mypaylinq either? Why were players not sent email telling us this before we deposited and how long has ACH not been an option?

We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and hope to be able to resume this service in the very near future.
Our recommended method to withdraw funds from the casino is Quicktender. The transfer from the casino to your QuickTender account is instant, and once the funds are there you can simply request a wire transfer to your checking account. QuickTender accounts are only available by invitation, so if you do not already have an account and would like to use this solution please contact me and I will send you all the information you need.
