    Hello,

I won $1000 on High Noon Casino. I requested a withdrawal via ACH which was refused with no explanation. I sent an email and was told that ACH and wire transfer were no longer an option. I asked how long this had been the case and was given no reply. As of today, they are still options in the cashier and they allow you to request withdrawals that way. They want me to use Quicktender but my bank won't let me which is why I only play at casinos with wire transfer or ACH options. Now I can't get my money.

I don't think this is fair and if it's still being offered in the cashier without notification to players, I think they should honor it. Oh, and CHECK is not an option either anymore. WTF?

    Hey Temi,

MyPayLinq needs to be activated first, and it is by depositing that way. When we send money to MPL then you cash out from there in to your bank account but it takes much longer. UseMyWallet account, you need to activate only by entering details and then you can cash out. When we process it, it is instant but then it will take up to 5 working days till it reach your bank account. I will send you invitation and when you decided, please send us their account number.

How does mypaylinq work and can you send me an invite for usemywallet please? I can give it a shot. How long do both mypaylinq and usemywallet take?

Thank you for the email. You can use MyPayLinque but its takes longer as USeMyWallet. If you want to use that method, there is no problem with that. We don’t know for how long ACH won’t be in use.

I don't think I can use that option but we can try it. No mypaylinq either? Why were players not sent email telling us this before we deposited and how long has ACH not been an option?

Thank you for the email. Unfortunately wire transfer is only available for non US players. At the moment UseMyWallet is the only option to cash out. Please let me know when you want to cash out that way, I will send you invitation.

I'll take the check option then. Quicktender doesn't work for me.

    Hi Temi,

Unfortunately we have been experiencing some problems with our ACH processing and so we have had to temporarily remove this option from the casino cashier and decline your pending withdrawal. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and hope to be able to resume this service in the very near future.

Our recommended method to withdraw funds from the casino is Quicktender. The transfer from the casino to your QuickTender account is instant, and once the funds are there you can simply request a wire transfer to your checking account. QuickTender accounts are only available by invitation, so if you do not already have an account and would like to use this solution please contact me and I will send you all the information you need.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise sincerely for the inconvenience and the delay in your payments caused by this and please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to find a quick resolution.

    Kind Regards

    Stephen

I currently have the same problem with Club World. Tried to cash out via ACH on the 19th. Received an email on the 21st that the ACH bounced back and this was no longer an option. I also can not use QT. When contacting the other e-wallets, it would take almost 30 days..and a additional fee of $53.50 for a wire.

I contact Club World everyday about their progrees with using ACH, they keep saying they hope to resolve this issue within the next few days. I think this whole climate in the online gambling industry has caused great problems for casinos to complete payouts and we will need to be patient. (Something that can be difficult when you have 1,000 + dollars waiting for you!)

Just a random thought here but did you ask if they could send you a money gram? Desperate times call for as much thinking outside the box as one can come up with:D

May I ask why you can't use QT?

For the US based player and our current difficulties it seems to be the best option.

Gamegenie, do you want your funds? Well, it would have been in your QT account already and once requested it would have been forwarded to your bank already.

No use whinig about the system it only aggravates you.

    Same problem again.

Sorry, I've been offline for a while. I never did get that withdrawal because i waited for about three weeks and ended up playing it back. The same thing is happening again and I don't think i will be gambling with Club World any more. I've dropped thousands at their casinos combined and have never successfully withdrawn from them. This time, a withdrawal from 06/05, approved on 06/07 has still not arrived by 06/21 (12 business days later). Each communication I am given the same run around saying it will be 3-5 business days and the last time (Friday) I was told she couldn't give me a time frame. This is ridiculous.

QT not an option for me because for some reason I can't get verified. Tried and tried.

Do either of 2 things ie contact CWC Martyn via pm or read the threads on delays in payment related to the CWC group. I truly believe they are encountering processor problems and that slowly many players have been paid.

i PMed CWC still nothing. I've been calling once a week and keep getting told it will be a few days. Been exactly a month now... I've stopped playing at all their casinos. Used to play about $1,000 a month.

    re: HighNoon

I just won $1200 and asked which option fastest as it took 4 weeks ach from CW to get paid and CS said they were having problems but not anylonger: check courier 4 days and ACH 5 days. I chose ACH because my ACH papers already on file and don't have to deposit the check, which bank may put 3 day hold on.

copied the chat, will see and post outcome here

For the benefit of those who have clearly not read any other threads pertaining to payments at the club world group, the processor problems are OVER and many players have reported being paid quickly.

Unlike some others, I won't go and post this in several other related threads.

Well I asked for an ACH on last Wednesday morning, approved 30 seconds later, and I haven't received it yet, though I suppose this is only the 3rd business day. I'll post back tomorrow.

Didn't you post earlier in another thread that it was 3-5 business days?

Given the US difficulties at present, I would expect it to be on the longer side of that timeframe.

Others have reported being paid within that timeframe so you should get it soon I imagine.

I have a cashout approved on 6/21 by ACH. I still not have received it. I thought they had already switched processors by then. I am still patiently waiting. I will post when I receive it.

Let me just say that while I wish all online casinos cashed out cash-in-hand within 24 hours, they don't, of course. If I know that in advance, I find it's easier to be patient. If it's going to be 7-10 days, then just say so.

I'm not complaining by any stretch of the imagination, though. I love the Club World group and play on every one of their casinos. They have ALWAYS been on my short list, even BEFORE Black Friday. Further, I won off a free chip, so I'm not being pushy.

Rather, what I want to do is provide 'real-time' information as to real cash-in-hand time frames. I firmly anticipate I will have it this week. If not, then not. You will not find me complaining about it. If I had won on my own money, then maybe, but even then, this group is just too reliable and consistent to dump over a late payment here or there.

    Cheers.

Thread title was "High Noon Casino Nonpayment". Clearly that was not and is not the case. Changed to better represent the actual issues here.

getting frustrated with answers from support at RTG casinos

On july 4 was told no problems with processor then I read posts from other players and decided to contact support again. Said the are "on track" with new processor. So I asked if it might be better to change my withdrawal to check courier and told it was faster.

I am going to email the cashier, michael and ask to have it sent by check if there are problems with ach or a backlog. Will post how that turns out.\
