Hello I am new here. I havent got posting privlleges to post my complaint ongoing with ladbrokes they unfairly froze my account because my husband had selfexcluded at the same address. They confiscated my winnings. Returned the deposit only. But I have it on record one of their agents confirming they will be giving me the winnings and it would be going into my account. I have a screenshot of this. That was over a week ago I have not received anything. Such a sham casino
