As a very regular depositor at Casumo I am very pleased that it looks like we may now have a much more active rep here in our forum (Not that there have been any problems with the others) and a new point of contact.

My experiences at Casumo apart from the odd little 'niggle' (Temporary loss of WMS games) have all been good so here's to more positive experiences to share!

Lotusch is quite right, this is required if you wish to be an official rep for the casino. The Admin is Bryan and you can reach him Link Outdated / Removed.

How about getting off to a flying start, first impression and all that ( ) with some sort of CM only competition on a small scale for a few FS for your loyal players maybe??

Sorry to dig up a bit of an old thread.

I just want to say how much of a pleasure it is dealing with Casumo. Alex has been super helpful with any issues i've had as well as the person running the rep account and the live chat agent Anton who is super friendly and a delight to chat with.

The casino can't flush withdrawals that are pending to bank accounts but Anton worked out an alternative for me and all it takes is a quick chat and he does it
