Hi there,I,m new to the forum but not to online wagering.

I have had some success with online casinos and bonuses.Regretfully though I played BWIN a few days ago and they closed my account and never paid my winninGS!I registered with them and deposited 200 pounds.After wagering requirements were made I had a total of 420 pounds!T and c for bwin state that you must send a proof of id in when you cash out.I duly did this!12 hours later i received and email as pastedDear Ms Tonutare,

How is it possible because i made a mistake on registration that they can close my account?I offered to send them more proofs of id and utility bills but they are refusing.Basically just an excuse not to pay out my winnings.Can anyone help please?
