Hi all, it's me again this time complaining about another casino. It's Vip lounge casino's turn this time (Lol). My payout is due tomorrow and I'm SURE they will not pay me on time (like they have done in the past). I sent emails to Cindy Greco and she didn't even bother to answer me back. I have waited the appropriate waiting period, so if someone can help me that would be great. My username at Vip lounge casino is mooshie. Thank you

I'm going to take a leap here and assume that the OP is referring to the VIP Lounge that is part of the Virtual stable. Perhaps the OP could clarify if the casino is RTG or MG? If it's RTG, then I'd say it's of the Virtual variety.

Googled Cindy Greco, and she's Affiliate Manager for Gambling Wages, ie Virtual.
I too think you have a problem headed your way.
I've sent the OP a pm to a link to a forum that promotes them where Cindy is promising help.
Virtual Group is the roguest of the rogues, you would be well advised to steer clear of them here. There's no one here at CM can give you any real help.
Be persistent, be polite, and keep after them. If they amount is small, they may pay you.

Actually, we can help. Max just made an announcement last week that we're accepting PABs for the Virtual Group to include properties listed with Ace Revenue. (AR has a rep here, but this doesn't include VIP casino: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/)

We had a meeting with their general manager in January and agreed to see how things go and forward any complaints that would come our way. To be honest, there hasn't been a lot. Since we're now accepting PABs for them, it will give us an indication where this casino group stands i.e. player issues.

I have played a few times at this casino and every time I requested a payout it took them FOREVER to pay. they always have the same excuse "delays with our processors". The only way I ever got paid was when I posted a complaint on other sites. It takes them 7-10 days to approve the withdrawal and another 7-10 days for them to send you the money. I have waited the appropiate time and if I don't start complaining now I'm sure they will not pay me on time and probably have to wait another 10 days which I am not prepared to do. Cindy Greco usually takes care of this matter but I have been sending her various emails and this time no answer from her. I don't know what to do at this point but maybe wait and hope for the best.

Mooshie, there are lots of RTG casinos listed in the accredited section that usually pay much quicker (although they do have the occasional hiccup for US players), some sending payments out in 24 hours.
Wow, honestly, I missed that post. I had no idea that you can PAB for this group.
It just maybe, that you haven't had very many PAB's is because for so long now it was not something that was offered, and so many of the members here know that they are rogue.
It will be interesting to see what happens though.

As Bryan said a few posts ago, you are welcome to file a Pitch-A-Bitch and we'll pass that on to the casino people. Yes, I have received it but did you read the FAQ as requested? I ask because there are obvious errors in your PAB that will need to be corrected before I can proceed. I think you could have avoided that delay if you had read the FAQ.
In any case I'll email you sometime today with details on the corrections required. If you don't receive that come back here and let me know.

Please please PLEASE listen to your fellow members and stay away from places like this.
The promos you mention sure are sweet......a losing proposition for the casino in the long run, unless of course you don't pay big winners, or whichever winners they feel like.
You're doing your fellow players no favours by supporting them, and this latest "we want to go legit" is IMO just another ploy in a long series here and at other sites to bring in some more suckers to fleece.
I understand why CM is entertaining them once again I.e. to help some players get their money, but in the long run it will create an even longer list of victims as they revert to their MO of bait and fleece.
