I am definitely not quitting gaming. And my exclusion isn't as much a "problem," as a reminder that I'm not interested in being on the sucker server side of life.

I will miss you Shan. I am quite sure i don't care about being vilified, until someone pays my bills or takes care of my family then opinions are like...well you know. Every time i see a 3 dice thread i think to myself i am sure the person who started it will quickly get some posts not agreeing or down playing the facts. I have been at 3 dice a number of years and i can tell you i see with my own two eyes the same winners on Ziest. I recently got my taxes and paid everything i owe. I for once had 1500 to spare to 3 dice the only casino I play at. I have never had much left after bills to deposit so i was excited to finally have a chance. Even though i deal with chronic health issues i work and i work hard. I only spend what i can afford and i do not regret trying to win. I was however hopeful after 8 yrs to finally get a break. I know we all can not be winners....no one told you to deposit etc. but when someone says they don't play to win i my eyes . I played 7 to 13 cent tut mostly x2 . Also 9 to 18 cent pike and 5 to 10 cent funky. I rarely went over my bet. It was so cold that even on my lowest bet i could not play but minutes. I used to be a main chat complainer but i stopped when i realized it just upset people and made me mad . I also used to play all day between work but i don't anymore. Am i mad about losing ..... No. Am i disappointed that no matter what game i played i did not stay in long, sure. At the end of the day we all have to decide what is best for us on a personal level. For me I am going to just play the tourneys as long as i am able to then wonder off to find something to do with myself besides chasing a dream. Again Shan i will miss you but don't worry too much what others think. I put myself in the hospital(got records and all) worrying about people at 3 dice who i will probably never meet and who i only greet in passing thru to whatever tourney is posted next.

Here's the thing that tipped me to quit (intriguingly my deposits everywhere have gone down to basically nothing in the last few days after quitting there)... Customer service made it clear that my business wasn't a priority.

Any one of us that played regularly there can say... A bunch. But because I have people I'm friendly with that continue to play, I can't say much more.

But check their license. It's a sub sub sub license worth.. what they paid for, I guess. But it's not enforceable in any way for a player.

But be prepared to be jumped. "Get your tinfoil." Oh, but if you are a player there and feel somehow that the rtp of the games may be fair but your rtp is entirely different.. ? Gripe in main chat on the site. Magically you'll be able to cash out a bit.

Also, this is vague as hell if you don't play there, but it was part of why I left and if you do play there? I used to be sort of important in certain online circles. Not like "oh I made a meme!" stuff.. more like... I've been flown out to some awesome tech places because I made a boatload of money when I did what I did. The same team also deal with all tech issues as well. So it means they have tonnes of work to do. So making new slots is kinda a slow process. That's fine and all... But I'm going by my personal experience and opinion and if you disagree that's totally cool no worries.. But I had zero fun with those slots and found them to feel pretty awful in the rtp department while not only that but the actual games themselves felt dated and just wonky as hell.

The pushing of chat, the way the same 1 or 2 people that manages to win jackpots nonstop, the fact the rtp was just atrocious ... I'll take slotocash all day every day, same with bovada.

It is what it is, but that's my experience and overall opinion.

I'm actually going to leave most of that post alone, RJ, because I don't feel I'm attacking anything or anyone, just giving my opinion on a couple of things.

But as for licensing and their CM status, they are in the gray zone because Enzo dropped off the face of CM, and Bryan wasn't happy about it. They stay there because they are US facing, and let's be blunt, no matter how good the company is, if they're US-facing, CM can't rec them, because they are by definition acting outside of certain laws. And that makes their license worth absolutely nothing. It's just there to look nice and compliant.

And Shan's pain is based very much on two things. The service I have been given since one particular high-roller has gotten their knickers in a twist over me, and anything I say. It's been ridic, that player "feels attacked" if I say "wtg, keep breaking the software!" after a huge win. Or if I offered to help lower-rollers deposit (as you know, everyone has a right to help others at their discretion, which is FINE, btw) after another higher-dollar option had been mentioned in chat. I have screenshots but will not post them, not in pm, either, because I'm not here to play games *ha.*

The other is that I have a set of tools w/in the, uh, accounting section of a site I use for money in/money out, as it is a basically dormant biz acct. And in one quick click I could show you how often I win enough to cash out. That handy graph, by month, shows that since the new platform rolled out, predictably on the day of or day after loyalty, every fifth month, I can win enough to cash out more than 1.5k or so. it looks like ^_____^_____^_____^_____^ almost perfectly. Coincidence that the outlier is when I lost my sh*t in chat? Sure. Confirmation bias, etc. etc. But I'd be curious if I was the only one, but here's the rub - no one that still plays there can say a word or even LIKE this post w/out a chance of being brought to task for it, and being brought to task has consequences there.

I believe the "games" rtp is correct and fair. I also believe that Sav has the right of it; players individual rtp's can be adjusted. From True/odds website on what their platform offers:
"An extensive custom made backend to give the operator optimal ability to manage his website." I believe that. I believe they can definitely manage their website with an extensive backend.

Remember, from the start, if they're US Facing? They're doing some cagey stuff. Here's the thing: fine. Seriously. As long as the experience feels fair, whatever, we here are used to taking our lumps. But if my rtp is at a steady 80% for four months or weeks, for instance, what does that mean if s1 else has a steady 108%rtp for several months/weeks? It means someone loses consistently, and someone wins consistently. And the games are just chugging along doing what they're programmed to do, pay out at whatever their game-rtp is set to.

ETA: My regular play style is to low-roll, build, if I can pay rainy day off I do so and usually get rid of it immediately, to the point of going back to rd. I generally don't push for magical big wins. Dep, win a little? GIMME MY MONEY, rinse, repeat. lol

I never said you personally was attacking 3dice, I was just saying a generic statement regarding bad losing streaks in general and that people who are in those very long losing streaks do most of the time tend to then call out casinos and attack them. It was just a generic statement, it was not aimed at you or anyone else for that matter

I am also not defending 3dice either. They should defend themselves in those situations. I am merely just a player their.

EDIT: To note and add. My RTP fluctuates greatly at 3dice too. I blame my erratic stakes though. As when I am whale hunting I do min stakes, but then when doing normal stakes it means my RTP goes weird because of the min stakes to higher stakes. But it is not uncommon for my RTP to be from 70% up and I have been stuck in the 70%'s for over a month at some points. But most of the time my RTP is in the 90%'s ranges. That is pretty normal. I mean it is shocking when our RTP is in the 70%'s but eventually 1 big win can change that in an instant as well.

"High-rollers spend more so they have more chance to win." /Party Line. It's true, though. (What kills me is when s1 logs in, I help them with whatever I was able to help with, like $30, then two minutes later wins 2k on a $3 bet. That's always fun to watch. lol

Their goldlines are brilliant programming/psychological design, btw, they have a way of working straight into a gamblers brain. lol I think it's why my deps overall have gone down since quitting 3d. I'm not engaging in the chase mentality.

I think he's probably referring to the same player that walks in and hits 30K+ like all the time. I am not naming names but I know you know who I mean. It's hard to watch the same person have the Midas touch day after day. I am not a low roller either. So it gets a little extra disgusting for me to watch.
