I signed up with Heroes Casino and received 150% bonus on initial deposit ($500). According to bonus T&C I had to wager the initial deposit 60 times (about $20500) to receive the bonus to my account.

Their soft allows to see the remaining wagering amount anytime. It worked ok, but once I noticed that this counter stopped. I contacted CS and after couple of days received a reply that at one moment of the game I lost my initial deposit and because of that I'm not eligible for the bonus anymore. They gave me a link to bonus T&C. I found the following statement there: in case the Initial Deposit amount is lost before the rollover has been completed the bonus amount will be automatically closed. Yes, it's true that at one moment my total loss exceeded my initial deposit. But thanks to their rebate scheme (they return 0.3% of your total wagers back to your account everyday) I still had a little money at that moment and could win some losses back.

The problem is that the link they gave me lead to the T&C for standard 100% bonus, not the one I actually received (150%), that has it's own T&C. Before sign up I've read these T&C and didn't find that I have to meet the rollover with the initial deposit only. I had a saved copy of these T&C on my PC and re-read them. I was right - nothing about it.

I contacted CS again and attached T&C for 150% bonus to my message. CS representative quoted the following phrase from these T&C: to be able to redeem this bonus you must play the initial Moneybookers deposit (60) sixty times (60 times rollover on initial deposit) to be eligible for the CASH Bonus and told me that it clearly states that the rollover has to be met using initial deposit only. I think almost every casino has similar phrase in bonus T&C. Don't you think that it only means that I have to wager the initial deposit 60 times to receive the bonus, no matter how much I lose while doing it?

I agree that every casino may have it's own bonus rules, but they have to be CLEARLY stated in T&C. As for their standard 100% bonus T&C, everything is clear. But T&C for 150% bonus that I actually received have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about that I lose the bonus if I lose the initial deposit. But CS didn't accept my arguments and refused to reactivate my bonus.

Anyone know anything about Heroes casino?

All I know is that the infamous Cipher (Bruce Holway) promotes and is an affiliate of them. Supposedly the casino was started by a group of guys that were part of the original Oasis Casino & Sports Book site. They claim they can take bets up to $20,000 per hand in blackjack.:eek2:

I think the above would put me off ever playing at a casino, at least with bonuses. 60x wagering is pretty high anyway, especially if it's where different games contribute different percentages.

But in all my times playing casinos, I've never seen a term which states you can only claim the bonus if you meet the rollover using your ORIGINAL deposit only. 20k wager and a post-wager bonus, that doesn't sound too player friendly to me.

Cryptologic casinos do a lot of these "reward" bonuses, but once you meet the wagering on the deposit, the bonus can be immediately withdrawn. The design was meant to get around many of the advantage play methods, by making the bonus available only after meeting a certain playthrough. Placing big starting bets with the bonus balance is not possible with this kind of offer, and the reward is won through what is seen as genuine play.

Some casinos even have a mixture of both.

Not sure about heroes, but NEVER EVER take a bonus so high, ever again! 60x???? They should at least give you a kiss afterwards :) You have like a .000001 chance of actually meeting the WR.

Especially if it's one like you got where you have to play through before you even get it. It's a win/win situation for the casino.

I think you are wrong. For example, I even had a little profit after betting ~ $17000 on blackjack, so I guess the chance is more than .000001 for sure. The problem is that at one moment of play I lost my initial deposit, but thanks to their 0.3% cashback I still had some money to play and returned my losses. Of course, I wouldn't touch this bonus if I had known that I have to meet the rollover using initial deposit only. But as I wrote in my first post, it wasn't clearly stated in their T&C, so...

I know...I was just throwing a number out there :)

Let's just say, even at 60xD, the risk of ruin is very very high.
