Question Help!!!

I'm new here so Hi everyone! I've only recently discovered the world of online gaming and to be honest I'm pretty disappointed so far. As I'm on a Mac I'm limited a little by casinos I can play in and I'm also b ased in Australia so need to pick ones I can play from here too. I signed on with comeon casino last week, over that time I have deposited over $600 there. I am a fan of the netent game jack and the beanstalk. A few days ago they "lost" one of my deposits. It took them 3 days to find it with their payment provider. Then I couldn't put another one through it took them hours to get back to me. Then last night yep they took another deposit and have no idea where it is. I'm expecting another 3 day wait. Are these people serious??? Worst customer service experience ever!!! I just want to find a good reliable casino I can play from my mac in Australia that uses Netent software!!! Is this really too much to ask for?

I am the same as Rainmaker, ComeOn have been a great casino. Not sure why you are having to many troubles :what: hopefully its just a 2 off situation and they can sort this out for you A.S.A.P. could you keep us posted please.

As an Aussie player, if you choose to look for another NetEnt casino your options are pretty much endless. Most NetEnt casinos love us Aussie punters and most of them are reliable, have good customer support and quick cash outs.
 
comeon still haven't cleared my funds

second time. I'm so over it. Their customer service is horrible. It may be live chat but they are completely clueless. I have sent them bank transactions everything to prove they took the money still they have no idea.
 
Can a casino really "misplace" money you deposit?? Twice????

Last week I joined comeon casino. Well that was a stupid idea. The second deposit I made they had no record of so 3 days later and hours spent on live chat to their completely clueless staff they emailed me that yes they realised there was an error and the funds were now available in my account. Yesterday same thing. It's 24hrs now and even though I've sent them bank transactions etc they still have no idea and will email me when they do. Has anyone hade anything like this happen before???? I'm so annoyed

If you are using credit cards then it does happen that transactions are "lost" in the system. It means that your deposit are being reserved on your bank account, but later will be made available again since the money never reached the casino. Not sure if this is what has happened to you, but just wanted to mention it as this is something that occasionally can happen at any casino and you can not really blame them as they have no control over this.

It will take up to 7 days before reserved funds have been made available to you again in your bank account.

I had hoped it might be on the accredited list here, but it isn't. I took a chance based on a few good USER reviews on other websites and so far I have had no problems with thier service. Some of the data on thier website leaves a little to be desired but it does the job.

Hopefully your problems don't occur for me zazedac.

I agree with you. Comeon is a great casino with games from many different suppliers. I think all of the accredited NetEnt casinos are good (I can now say "all" since Mybet has been removed), but there are also some excellent NetEnt casinos out there who are not accredited for different reasons like ComeOn or Redbet. Several of the non-accredited NetEnt casinos have a rep on this forum which is a good thing. But the main rule should be to stick with accredited casinos.
